The sneakers was delivered but the tags were not on the sneakers. They are supposed to be. Is it possible for my husband to receive the tags. Thank youuu that’s why I gave a 1 star rating when we opened the box no tags means it’s incomplete

Great Customer Service
This is my second time ordering from Shackicks and on the second order there was a mixed up where I ended up with a different pair of sneakers. Furious, I wanted my money back but when I contacted Shackicks, the representative quickly took the matter in hand and figured out what went wrong. I was kept abreast of everything that was happening to get me my sneakers. In about 4 days, I received my sneakers with a sincere apology accompanied with a gift. That was excellent customer service. I want to thank the representative DESTIE who did an incredible job to resolve the situation and I'm already thinking about my next order from Shackicks. Thank you Destie.

I ordered from shakick just to see if they were legit. They were extremely helpful with my order. My first choice wasn’t available but they let me pick a second pair which I liked better. They stayed in contact and sent my second choice with no problems.
