I placed an order on the 27th Jan, delivery est is 3-5 working days. Which has passed, when I try tracking my order. It says order number does not exist. And yet money was taken from our account.

Great Customer Service
I initially had an issue with a delay in delivery of my item. Monthly Madness reached out to me and were very apologetic and made sure my delivery was fast-tracked. We all understand that things don't always go as planned but I am impressed with the way Monthly madness handled this and made things right.

Not to shabby
1st your website states if you order in specific time your delivery is that day which is wrong it took longer but still in the 5days, communication can do with improvement as I had to ask for waybill no. Other then that the service was fine.

Disappointing service
I placed my order on 08 December. Only when I followed up on 12 December was the ticket generated for the courier. Package was eventually received on 15 December. So the 3-5 days is overrated.

Good Quality Carrier
