Exhanges I find is difficult - can't log exhange on my order have to work via mail. It's a long process - help centre is efficient in answering mails. would just prefer to be in control of exhanges

I made and an order on 23rd October and…
I made and an order on 23rd October and paid via payfast MM60634 - R1 163.00, following which I have had 6 or more e mails from the courier Guy stating that they are unable to collect my order from Monthly Madness.
I have still not received my order despite numerous e mails backwards and forwards.
I will not order from monthly madness again.
