I was served by Bianca at Bluewater yesterday. So warm, welcoming and has exceptional knowledge about fragrances, oil versus sprays and really explained the benefits of both well. I highly recommend her and will be looking to make future purchases. Great service and staff.

have no idea how this company is still in business—it feels like a complete scam.
I walked past their stall in Birmingham and the salesman gave me a sample to smell, which was really nice. He then sprayed a test onto my wrist. I let it sit for a couple of hours and, since it still smelled great, I decided to go back and buy a full bottle for £150.
When I got home and sprayed the bottle I purchased, it smelled terrible. It smelled nothing like the sample spray he used on my wrist. I took the bottle back to the stall to complain, but they refused to help and just tried to convince me that it "smelled normal" when it clearly did not.
Now I’m stuck with an awful, unwearable product that cost me £150. Don't be fooled by the high rating—all the good reviews on here are clearly fake and written by the company themselves. Avoid at all costs!

Had such an amazing experience in Westfield today, The lovely Folarin served me and was so patient and kind. I came away feeling super confident about my purchase and will definitely come back.

(Victoria center in Nottingham) I've had the most wonderful experience with bella today, i've walked past this stall on my way to the tesco so many times and never gave it a second look. Bella approached me,which i have had happen before with employees,but Bella was so friendly with her greeting,that instead of brushing her off, I said hi and talked to her. She reccomened me the perfect scents to my taste,listened to what notes i like and what i didn't like about certian smells;all with a joyful and helpful attitude (with it being twenty mins til they closed too!) I didn't feel pressured,just listened too; i couldve walked away at any point and not felt like i was letting someone down from a sale,which i've felt in the stalls in victoria center before. She told me about how you can get vials of scents rather than a bottle,when i couldnt decide between two scents,so i ended up three of the scents i really liked! She is a ray of sunshine and because of her, she had me double check a stall i walk past multiple times a day,for years. I bought a set of their 3 vials,super happy with my purchase,and i will be returning to refill them once ive used them up. If you want someone who listens (ive been to the perfume shop before in viccy center and felt like i was just being upselled too) talk to bella! Again lovely young woman with no pressure and all understanding. If youve not considered mood london before (like me) and just curious, she'll happily let you smell their scents without expentation of purchase. Try them out!

I was walking home from work through Cardiff and stopped to have a browse. I was greeted by Saagi who was immediately very welcoming and kind. She attentively asked me about my preferences in colognes and expertly chose from various products for me to sample, while explaining everything so clearly. I could’ve stayed to chat with her for hours and I’m very grateful to have met her. Thank so much Saagi

I popped into the Leicester shop the other day and honestly, what a find. I ended up chatting with Shafana, who was just brilliant 🙌🏻 ❤️, super helpful and really knew her stuff without being pushy at all 👏🏻.

She helped me pick out three sets of their perfumes and three sets of the oud oils. I’ve been trying them out since I got home, and they are genuinely amazing. So glad I stopped by. If you’re heading in, definitely look for Shafana, she’s a gem. Will definitely be back for more!🥰

Fola attended to me at Westfield today and was incredibly accommodating. He took his time to help me decide which scent I preferred to purchase. The service I received from Fola today was 10/10. I would definitely come back again!

In Leicester, Jeslin had bought me into the store, and was very welcoming into discussing OUD perfumes with me. Gave great opinions and it was her first shift, she offered amazing service and was able to show the products off with great expertise. I ended up buying 3 OUD sprays which is more than I have ever bought from a store, the way she is able to explain these perfumes led me to buy 3 perfumes which was amazing from her for her first shift.

MOOD perfumes and scent is a whole mood. I love the Rhubarb and Cognac. I visited the Birmingham store on 27/06/2026 and Fizzah was the best attendant. She was supportive and had great customer experience. She recommended new scents like Turkish Rose. Thank you Fizzah.

Rip-off company — avoid Mood London dartford.
I was sold a combo package and was told I could get refills whenever I wanted. However, when I returned for a refill, I was told they couldn't find my details on their system and that I would need to purchase another package.
This was extremely disappointing and feels misleading. Based on my experience, I won't be buying from them again.

Blonde maracuja is quite possibly the best smell I have ever smelt, everybody compliments me and asks what I am wearing, the smell lasts for weeks!!! CAnt wait to get some more!

I bought Raspberry Oud and truthfully speaking you can not smell it at all it wheres off, instead i smell a chemical substance of paraffin diesel in the fragrance when i spray on my wrist shoulders, they do not state ingredients on there website, only the notes. I highly recommend to visit a counter & spray on yourself before buying it. I did a mistake ordering online. Its not worth the money £150 for a fancy box, your better of buying other brands cheap that last and make you smell good. Always test.

I give u some advice dont buy from them there will rip u off and the Black Diffuser there charge u £65 for it then it will stop working and u get in touch with them wont replace it so be carefully with these people and thers open a shop in swansea so be carefull dont waste your money
