J’ai commandé chez eux et ça fait 2 semaines que j’attend, je n’ai toujours rien reçu. J’ai envoyé des mails, des DMs Insta et aucune réponse ! En plus le numéro sur leur site ne fonctionne meme pas ! C’est une arnaque je suis dégoûtée, j’ai jeté 30€ par les fenêtres.

I ordered a butterfly kit on June 24th. I even paid €7 for express shipping, and to date, nothing has arrived!
I've sent emails, but received no response. I've never experienced anything so rude!

Avoid extremely unreliable and unprofessional. Placed an order 5 days ago, delievery stated 2-3 within the UK, I needed them by a certain date. I’ve sent 2 emails and messaged on Instagram, I’ve recieved no reply, no tracking number and no order. I want a refund, no longer needed! Don’t bother, go else where!

SCAM! Never recieved my order. Ive emailed 3 times with no response and DMd on instagram with no response. The phone number they attatched in their website doesnt work. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!

I ordered the kit on May 23rd amd my order was supposed to arrive between the 6th and 11th of June. The shipping status has been the same ever since i purchased the kit. No one answers to any emails or dms on instagram. They first answered after i involved paypal because i want a refund. They said they’ll ship my order within 24 hours it’s now been 2 1/2 days and once again nothing. Don’t purchase truly one of the worst shopping and customer service experience ever.

I stuck my gems on just over a month ago and they’re still on!! I’m honestly so pleased as I’ve tried other tooth gems in the past and they’re still would only last about a week but WOW these gems are not budging! Even with hard brushing they are still intact. 10000% recommend. Follow the steps provided and you won’t be disappointed.

I waited to write a review, because I wanted to see how long the gem would stick to my tooth, and I can say that I’m not disappointed at all! I placed one gem on a tooth on the 15th of february, and yesterday (15th of april) it stayed on for exactly two months. I brush my teeth at least three times a day, and not once did it came off! Only downside, is that they don’t give you a tracking code (or at least, they didn’t give one to me, but I read a few other reviews with the same issue), but the shipping is pretty fast.

I bought the starter kit and a star gem, everything works well and the gems last for a good while. Unfortunately the star gem looks different from the pictures and kinda cheap, which is disappointing considering its price (4€). I wrote a review about it and they deleted it, apparently they only accept good reviews...

Order placed and paid for exactly a week ago. I asked about a tracking number or some shipping details, and I was told that I would recieve the order by the end of the week and something about issues with tracking codes. Day 7....nothing. Emailed again asking about a tracking number and again I'm told to wait ANOTHER week and still no tracking number. Going into week 2 and I don't even know if they've even shipped the items.

They are so cute. I was hesitant to buy because of all the negative reviews. Sorry to hear it didn't work for alot of people but... Clearly you cannot follow instructions. I followed the instructions, including the ones they provide on how to make them last even longer and mine lasted a month and a few days. They do stick and they do work. If you're thinking of buying, don't listen to those who say they don't work. I was also skeptical because alot of the videos on social media applying them are by influencers who were likely paid but I am definitely not an influencer and I had no issues. Just follow the instructions fr it's not that hard! Or ask someone to help you.

The glue does NOT hold on to your teeth , (i brought a starter kit with 3 packs of gems )but i bit into bread and the tooth gems completely came off and i held it under the UV for 7 minutes and tested that it was solid the day before. The only small blessing was even though they were late with my order by weeks they gave me replacement gems but i was meant to wear the gems for a trip away and they didnt even last 48 hrs . Very dissatisfied
