Came quickly and gems have stayed on , easy to apply too

Upon reading the reviews I decided to go ahead and purchase the gem kit with an additional butterfly set. The process of sticking the gems on was pretty straight forward they looked stunning when they were on my teeth. To say the least I was absolutely gutted! I followed the instructed process and some came off during my sleep and then the ones that remained lasted no longer than the following day. Unfortunately will not be buying this product again.

Biggest scam waste of money paid 20 pound n got some oil n 3 gems

Literally so good and easy to use. They’re super cute on my teeth and stay on for so long. One small problem is that the blue curing light didn’t work sp I had to get some AA batteries for it.

Awful. Followed all the instructions correctly and didn’t even stay on an hour. Do not waste your money. Also they take down bad reviews on their website.

Followed instructions down to the letter however my tooth gem didn’t even last 4 hours! Annoyed to say the least considering how much I paid for this kit. Would definitely consider ordering from elsewhere and wish I had read the reviews before ordering.

I wrote a review on their site but they took it down. I wrote “ came with a dead battery. luckily i had a spare. the gems don’t last. followed the instructions perfectly but gems fell off within the hour except two, which i still have on. hasn’t been 24 hours yet. just pay to get it done professionally. i got some done a year and a half ago and it’s still on my teeth.”
They seem to be removing reviews that are 3 stars or less!

They did not deliver the order and refused to reply to messages and then put the blame on the customer. Really bad experience, pls avoid them😖

I’d honestly give this less than one star if I could. Ordered a starter kit 3 weeks ago. It didn’t arrive, tried to contact them several times via email and instagram. Someone finally responded and said they would get a replacement sent out as Royal Mail lost a load of their orders including mine. 10 days later no replacement, no response from them. Absolutely ridiculous. At this point I just want a refund. Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced.

received my kit, the liquid had spilled out so was unusable (btw it had different stuff in it as advertised, the stuff in the kit did not coincide with the instructions on the box so wouldn’t know how to apply anyway) i emailed them to get a refund , got one reply then was ignored , i then contacted on insta to get one reply then ignored again. It’s been 2 weeks since i ordered and nothings been done so had to open a dispute with the bank to get my money back. So unprofessional

Bought the tooth gems kit. Applied as per instructions, on 3 different occasions and the max wear I got out of them was about 24 hrs! No where near the weeks advertised. Emailed them about this and they never got back to me. Waste of money!

The gems don't stick to my teeth at all. I spent ages trying, I'd even cure for 10mins and still nothing! I got in touch with the customer service, waited weeks for a reply only to be told that I must be doing something wrong. I attempted to get in touch multiple times after that with no avail. I finally heard back when I complained in a comment on their Instagram page. I was told they'd improved their glue and would be sending me a new one. I still haven't received it and it's been months since I was promised that. I keep chasing, a year after I ordered the starter kit.....

Absolutely love my little tooth gem kit I purchased, plus I got free butterfly gems too which are STUNNING!! 😍 I applied mine within 5 minutes & they’ve last just over 3 weeks now ☺️ It’s so nice to see a little sparkle in your smile, so much so that my mum & little sis have requested them too! I can certainly see why tooth gems are making a come back now - especially if you’re into your body mods, this just adds a little something extra! I will be back for more - thank you!! Xxx

Bough a kit from here for the second time hoping that it would work but again the gems didn’t stay on for longer than a day, I messaged them on Instagram to ask whether I was doing anything wrong and they told me to cure the glue for 8 minutes instead of 4. Even after doing this the gems still fell off, I wouldn’t waste my money again

Great service and the product worked really well. Ordered a DIY tooth gem starter kit for my sisters bday and she loves it. Would highly recommend😁😁

Absolutely over the 'moon' with my new tooth gems. I ordered the 'Butterfly Gems' and the 'Blue Gems' and i've received so many compliments! I've tried other brands before and been disappointed by their longevity but these have been on for about 2 weeks now and they still are not budging. 10/10 for quality and 10/10 for speedy delivery as they arrived only 2 days after i ordered them. I will definitely be shopping here again and would definitely recommend.

They do not hold onto your teeth. The resin dles not even dry out completely. Even with an bigger uv lamp. Save your money

Update: they came forwards me and offered me a refund and the new updated kit. It came and i tried it out. Until now they do hold on to my teeth. I'm positively surprised and really happy with the customer service. Thank you
