Moonstone Gold Limited Opiniões

Absolute fantastic smooth transaction. Full communication. I agreed the amount at 16.50pm paid before closing time 17.30pm. Can't fault this company. Will use again. Thank you.

Very professional service. As soon as I requested a gold pack Moonstone sent me a WhatsApp message confirming this request. They also phoned me several times to keep me updated. Once they received my items and had valued them, they rang me with their offer, which was very generous. Once i had accepted, they confirmed my bank details and it was in there within 2 hours. There were a couple of items that I asked to be returned as they couldn't be valued and this was no problem for them. I was extremely happy with the whole process from start to finish.

A very quick straightforward efficient service. Money was in my bank account within 30mins of accepting the offer.

Very quick and easy dealing will definitely use again.

Very quick turnaround with Moonstone from sending the packaging to you, you returning and receiving payment, I received my payment within about an hour from accepting the offer, the offer is about what I expected, overall I would definately recommend moonstone and would use their service in the future

Lovely company

Amazing service, hassle free and great customer support! Thank you!

Exceptional service. Magdalena kept me informed every step of the way and gave a final phone call with the results of my gold testing service. Pictures were emailed to me and the items were sent out and delivered the next day. Thankyou

Very fast and reliable service. Highly recommended. Thank you.

Great Service! Selling my gold was quick and easy. I got a fair price, and the staff were friendly and professional.

Did a quote online for my 17g 9ct gold curb chain that I had for a few years. The website offered £391*

Moonstone offered the best price from the few I checked.

Ordered my postal pack and it come 48 hours later. Pre paid special delivery.

Sent it off Monday, they received it Tuesday. Got a call on Tuesday afternoon with my offer.

The weighed it and it was actually 16.7g which is fair enough. They then said we can offer you 291. I pointed out their website said 391. She put me on hold for a minute and came back and said the website is only an estimate, she then said after speaking with her boss they can offer 314. I told them no sorry and to send it back.

*Their website does state estimate, but I think they offer the highest price so you send your gold in and they then hope you just accept the price. Their website states the estimate is based on the golds weight and condition, which mine all met but still they offered a ridiculously low price to their estimate.

The turnaround however was brilliant. So they have the stars for that. Sent it back for free and I received it back the day after. Obviously you don't have to accept the offer but they need to be more transparent on their website.

I sent it off to a shop in Birmingham and got 371 for it.

Excellent service. No hassle at all. I'm happy with the price I was offered and really impressed how quickly money came through! Definitely recommend it!

Offered a fair price for my gold and the money was in my bank in just 25 hours after I posted it to them! Very efficient & friendly service too.

I am writing to express my utmost satisfaction with the prompt and efficient service provided by Moonstone Gold Ltd.
