Purchased a table and bench set for almost £2000 end of 2025. One of the benches has warped to the point the feet will not sit flat to the ground making the bench useless. Initially received a positive response stating the bench would be replaced and confirming a delivery date late afternoon. 6pm on delivery date an email was received stating the driver was delayed in London - we are in Shropshire so fair to assume this should have been confirmed at least 3 hours esrlier. Since then a pattern of false promises after continued follow up. To date no updates, no delivery and a useless bench. Table is also showing signs of warping. I would not recommend.

Will be ordering again! Ignore the other reviews, they are totally wrong. I ordered a shed from this company and it is amazing, the best quality shed ever. Quick timescale for delivery and the staff were lovely too. The shed has been made perfectly to my request and has everything I need! Would 100% recommend. Thank you!!!!!

I wish we had read the reviews (here and Google). One of the worst experiences we have ever had after putting down a deposit for something......text messages not answered, emails not answered, online contact forms not answered. Thankfully we cancelled before actually proceeding and worrying about downstream customer support/quality

I bought a barrel table from this company just over a year ago. The top significantly cracked within a few weeks and the barrel would have collapsed within a year if it wasn’t for the rings holding it together. The customer service is terrible. My partner and I both emailed and our emails were both ignored. I have been phoning for the last 3 weeks and kept getting told someone would call me back but they never did. The answer I’ve got now after calling them again is that they can’t control the weather which has caused the damage even though they assured me the product was weather proof and all the nonsense on their website about products lasting 15 years, and that the barrel is nothing to do with them because they only source them, so my only option is to pay to send it back to have it fixed and then pay to have it redelivered which just isn’t worth it not to mention it’s likely to fall apart again in a year. Avoid these complete scammers and their overpriced poor quality products
