It is very easy to used and I like it very much

To return a mop if you are not satisfied is a useless exercise. The website says they will respond within 3 days but after 3 weeks I have not been contacted regarding a return/refund.

Started off well with buying experience but now mop is faulty I can’t get hold of them for a replacement.
No replies to emails!

The mob is absolutely useless. The pads do not stay on the new pads I ordered are not the right ones for fitting the crumble up when you try and put them through the dry department on the mop bucket. I have reached out to customer services and I’ve just got nowhere so please do not waste your money because they is definitely not worth it

I had a problem with the mop head when I received it . (Very stiff)
They replied straight away. Explained what to do & were going to replace it , but I managed to sort it out - with their help!

Arrived quickly but what a disappointment. Pads don’t stick on the whole way round and don’t fit when using the mop. Worked ok on the wet side but impossible to get into the dry side without them scrunching up making it pretty useless. Don’t waste your money

I am pleased with the mop ,it does work when putting it in the dry side is great better than an ordernery mop and bucket much cleaner .

Disappointed with the mop pads. I purchased an extra 5 with my mop. They are not made very well. The tabs on the pad fray after a couple of uses and they also get stuck in the teeth and roll down. Also they don’t fit very well after being wet. The overall idea is good, but the mop pads are useless after a couple of uses!!!! Iv now ran out of pads, so my mop is now unusable 😡

MopPro mop exactly as advertised. Good value too.

I ordered this, velcro on the pads is completely inadequate , they come off as soon as you put it in the container. I asked to return it, took ages for a reply, then expected me today to return it.
Worst customer care ever!!!

I love the size and everything about it apart from the Velcro which has rendered the mop useless after 3 months. I'm sad about it because before this it worked so well but now when you push the mop into the dry section it gets stuck and the Velcro comes off

Works fantastically, even my husband thought it was the best designed mop and bucket he had ever used.

It works brilliantly, we have a large dog and a six year old, so clean floors are tough but this works fantastically

Great product, the deliver was on time really love using this mop.

Used for the first time today and gave up quarter of the way through - I had such high hopes and chose this over the same/similar Vileda one...bad move! Bucket not sturdy and everytime I put the mop in it went to fall over, then the cover over the drying section fell off multiple times and then the whole pole came away from the mop and wouldn't fit back on. Gave up and will have to continue the clean with something else. Very annoying as I purchased extra microfiber mop cloths!

Arrived promptly. Slightly flimsier than expected, but ok.

Very disappointed. I want to return this item as the head of the mop is stuck in one position making it impossible to use so obviously a manufacturing problem.
However, I have not had a reply to 2 emails and a message on their actual site over 3 weeks.
