The Clara held up through a full week of daily wear and still looks new. Button spacing is sensible, doesn't gap awkwardly. Shipping took a couple of days longer than expected but customer service replied quickly when I asked about it. The cardigan itself is worth the wait.

Ordered the Hazel in the cream colour and it looks even better than the site photos. Cropped length pairs well with high-waisted jeans. The only reason it's not a full five stars is the sleeves run slightly long on me, but nothing a fold-back doesn't fix. Came to Bristol quickly.

The grace zip up cardigan is genuinely useful, i wear it more like a light jacket over leggings on the school run. Zip is smooth, no catching. Knit is thicker than i expected which is a bonus for the colder mornings. Arrived in Leeds on time well packed.

Bought the Mila for cosy weekends and it delivers. The waffle knit has a nice texture and it washes well, no bobbling yet after a month. Fits a bit roomy so I'd say size down if you want it fitted. Shipped to Birmingham with no issues.

Wasn't sure about the boucle texture on the Rosalind from the photos but it's lovely in person, really soft and not itchy at all. Warm without being bulky. Emailed about sizing before ordering and got a reply the same day. Went true to size and I'm happy with it.

The Clara is exactly what I wanted for layering over shirts at work. The buttons feel sturdy, not the cheap plastic kind that crack. V-neck sits nicely, not too deep. Came to Manchester quickly and the packaging was tidy. Only wish it came in more colours.
