More2Life have always been excellent to deal with everything is handled respectfully and considerately, our current porting request is no exception and has made our deciscion to move home so much easier. I would also like to add that whoever we have dealt with they have been excellent

Lewis was so professional and Friendly. He answered all my questions promptly, very helpful.

Tracy was as all staff have always been friendly, understanding helpful and patient with someone who is not the quickest with modern technology

I took out an equity release mortgage in Jan 2025 and had no problem with the application process, indeed things went very smoothly. Part of the arrangement was that I would repay £1000 a month to gradually reduce the principal. The first six payments were taken without issue but then payements started to be returned. Puzzelled I contacted More2Life and they told me that they needed further confirmation of ID as I was paying from my business account. I supplied the ID as requested and thought all was well. From that point on all my payments have either been returned or not processed despite a number of phone conversations and sending additional ID. I have no idea why additional ID was requried in the first place and the situation is still unresolved. SLightly ironic that they are refusing to accept money which I don't have to pay!

This is third request from our funds and the staff at more2life are fantastic Very helpful polite and friendly.We used the docu sign online received the code to access signed the documents and received Email for Tracy Curzon to say all good.

This is about 4 th Drawdown I have asked for. I have found Tracy Curson very helpful and when I was having trouble with Docusign she sent me the paperwork immediately and I was able to sign it and get it returned straight away.

I have made several drawdowns on my account now and the online process now makes it even easier , having used docu sign and accepted my offer I had missed out sending my bank statement, needed as I had changed banks since opening my more2life account ..
I sent a verified statement from my online bank at 08:23 and by 09:17 had my completion confirmation email from Diane Perrin.
