We bought our first home with Mortimers with Grace Bleasdale as estate agent. The whole process was outstanding right from the start. Keeping us up to date with everything from both sides. Thank you Grace and Mortimers for everything.

We sold our house not without problems that an incompetent buyers surveyor caused that nearly derailed our sale.
However we definitely wouldn't have sold it without the skills of Grace Bleasdale who over came this problem and managed the sale at the Accrington branch

Just had the pleasure of dealing with mortimers in Accrington and what a pleasant experience I would like to thank Emily Barrow for doing such a fab job of always keeping an eye on everything and making everything go smoothly and also a big thanks to Cara for always greeting me with a smile what a great team many thanks Paul

The journey from putting your property up for sale to finalising with the buyer is a long and at times stressful period but made easier by the professional team at your local Mortimers. Up to now I would definitely rate them 5 star especially with the expertise of someone like Cara Cavannagh who with her input has made the process so much easier.

We moved into our new home yesterday and are so happy with the way things have been dealt with at Mortimers. Emily Barrow was great and kept us informed each step of the way!

Grace was excellent dealing with my house purchase, always available and very informative. Great experience dealing with Mortimers estate agents throughout.

Thankyou so much Emily Barrow !!
What a little superstar you are !!
Your help in everything you did in helping to sell our house was greatly appreciated!! I would definitely recommend Mortimers . Thanks again 😊

Fantastic service from the team at Mortimers, especially Emmy Spiers, who has worked so hard during a prolonged sale, with numerous delays and issues, over many months. I thought the sale would fall through at a few points, but Emmy helped make sure the it progressed through the difficult stages, keeping the seller fully informed of any issues, and therefore with her help I now have the keys to a great purchase! A really huge thank you to Emmy for her professionalism and assistance in this, great service from Mortimers as always!!

Great, prompt and friendly communication

Mortimers were excellent to deal with easy, quick reliable, Grace was a dream to work with while completing the sale, always had answers there and then no delay did everything to make the purchase as quick as possible, with it being a stressful process moving house Grace took all the stress away thankyou so much for everything

Good communications throughout the process.
Pleasant personnel at the office. Cara Cavanagh
who dealt with me primarily was well versed in all
aspects of the sale and made for a quick outcome.

Mortimers have been helpful once again in assisting me with purchasing a property. I dealt with Cara this time and she was great and very sufficient. Highly recommend.

Grace Bleasdale at the Accrington made the whole process as stress free as possible and very professional.

Handled the sale of our property with excellent efficiency and professionalism.
A particular mention for Grace, our sales progressor, who kept in regular contact with updates on progress proving to be an invaluable liaison between all relevant parties within the chain, ensuring a positive outcome,

Thank you.

We've just completed on our 2nd property sale with Mortimers. I honestly can't thank them all enough, Grace, Emily, Cara, Alex, Freddie and Matt (sorry if I've missed anyone). They all played a huge part in getting the property over the line. We are already planning to use their services again before the end of the year.

Just completed the purchase through Mortimers. Grace has been amazing and very helpful through the process. She has always kept me updated and informed all the way. I felt the entire process was smooth and easier. I’d highly recommend Mortimer.

Never stress free buying a property but Emily at Mortimers Accrington and the team kept us fully informed throughout the whole procedure of buying a property.

Would definitely use Mortimers again. From initial instruction, property was on the market within two days. Emily was our contact, she was very professional and polite. Always rang me back or emailed straight away, was very reassuring during the whole process. Thank-you

Our purchase was being handled by Mortimer’s and we had Alex coordinating our sale. From the beginning, we couldn’t have asked for more. We were able to view the property as soon as it went on the market in order to accommodate our availability. Any questions we had were dealt with very quickly and efficiently. Queries between the chain/solicitors etc were chased up immediately to ensure things moved swiftly. I would have no hesitation with using Mortimers in the future and would highly recommend them.

I'd highly recommend Mortimers Accrington and Alex in particular. In what ended up being a tricky chain for our house sale, Alex went above and beyond to make sure all elements in the chain were updated and chased where applicable.
They're are cheaper alternatives out there, however as we saw, you get what you pay for in this instance as the cheaper agents were nowhere to be seen when the going got tough.
Thanks again Alex
