An amazing experience with this company. They sold my property within. in 2 days. Grace kept in touch with both solicitors and made sure that the sale was completed in a timely manner. Thanks Grace

Grace went above and beyond to make this transaction easy. She answered any questions we had promptly. I would recommend Mortimer when purchasing a property if you want everything to run smoothly.

I had a wonderful experience working with mortimers not only were they fast when it came to responding to my queries and concerns but also very efficient in the whole process. They got things done. Emmy was handling our case and she did it so well I can not commend her enough. I would definitely recommend Mortimers to anyone trying to buy or sell a house.

Emmy kept us informed at every step of the way. Professional and friendly throughout the process. We purchased from Mortimers but would certainly recommend

This wonderful review is for the legend of a lady and lovely lovely woman Grace Bleasdale. We hadn’t even sold our house through Mortimers, but purchased through them. After having experience with pretty much all the local estate agents I would recommend Mortimers the most and that is down to the patience from Grace and her effective communication. She progressed our sale smoothly, being the link between all parties and she really went above and beyond her remit, often working out of hours and always with a friendly manner. Grace, I cannot thank you enough! You’re unbelievably brilliant and your job!

Very helpful and efficient.

I've just sold my late Dad's house using Mortimers as my estate agent. It wasn't a straightforward sale due to some family issues but Jonathan and Matt were helpful and professional at all times. They kept in touch regularly as did Emmy who oversaw the sale. From the initial valuation through to the completion of the sale Mortimers have acted in accordance with my wishes, they have kept in touch and I have been treated as a valued customer. I would not hesitate to recommend them if you are selling a property.

Great personal service from Alex and Grace made the total process a stress free experience.

Many thanks to Grace and Jonathon for making our house sale as smooth as possible. What could have been a very stressful sale was made so much easier with great communication. Both were readily available to answer any questions and kept us up to date throughout the whole process. Living in Cornwall selling a home in Great Harwood meant we could only really communicate through calls and emails! Jonathan went out of his way to help with the inital marketing of our house and Grace was a superstar when it came to accepting our buyers offer.
Would highly recommend to anyone wanting to sell their house.

Buying and selling houses isn’t easy at times. I found Mortimers to be straight forward and helpful. Happy to arrange further viewings and advice on issues raised. My main contact was Grace and she was a constant. Always easy to reach and kept in regular contact I probably spoke to her the most throughout the chain.

We would like to thank Jonathan and the team for all the help in the sale of our house. Thank you for guiding us through our first house sale. Jonathan kept us regularly updated throughout. Your professionalism has been outstanding all the way.
We can't recommend you enough.

From start to finish - the experience with Mortimers was excellent - In particular Grace who kept us up to date throughout.
We couldn't be more satisfied with the service.

Many thanks to Grace, Leaoni, Johnathan and Emmy for making the process of selling my late mothers house as smooth as possible. All in the team were friendly, professional and we were very pleased with the service they provided.

I have bought and sold numerous properties using Mortimers in the past 20 years and have always been happy with the service received. Staff are friendly and helpful, always phoning back if a message is left and following up with buyers on my behalf in a prompt manner. Johnny in Accrington was good, Veda on the completions team worked tirelessly to get our sale over the line. Thank you.

Our initial sale was through Jonathan, who was absolutely lovely as we went through the offer process, constantly checking in and informing us of every step, as well as being very personable and funny.

Once it was passed over to the progression team, we were fortuitous enough to have Emmy. She is an absolute credit to the team and business, consistently following up and chasing when we had difficulties with the solicitors. We couldn’t have completed without her input, her time and investment and caring and positive attitude. We cannot thank her enough.

Excellent, first class service from Grace and Emmy. If only all sales agents could be as efficient and on the ball as they have been! I recently sold a property with Mortimers, and I am very happy to recommend them to anyone wishing to do the same.

This was my first time using Mortimers Accrington and I just wish I had used them the previous six times in my life when I had been buying/selling property because they completely outshone other estate agents. I considered Jonathan to be more like a friend than an estate agent. He was always friendly, efficient, informative and understanding (I was selling my deceased mother's property). He sold the house in rapid time and gave me good advice regarding several offers. After the sale, Emmy kept me fully in the picture at all times and I was never left wondering how things were progressing. Good old-fashioned service which is rare these days. Thanks Mortimers!

Mortimers at accrington were great, when we sold the house
Johnathon dealt with most of the queries and was very approachable, friendly and knowledgeable .
He took over from the manager and was adept at his job.
I recommend mortimers alongside another estate agents whom I have reviewed in the past .
Thanks and will pass on the good work.
Thanks also to veda banks at Blackburn.

Elizabeth Powell was a great help to us when we were unable to ascertain what was happening down the chain of our sale we really appreciated her help
We met Jonathan Cartwright at the property we were purchasing to have a further look round as it was months previous when we had first viewed He didn’t rush us allowing us plenty of time to look round Thanks

Mortimers were very helpful through the purchase of our lovely home from start to finish! Jonathan helped us throughout and got us an appointment with Ryan there leading mortgage advisor, who was very helpful throughout the mortgage consultation and purchase of the property! Both stayed in touch and kept me up to date with what was happening behind the scenes and it was a pleasure to have them helping us! Also a quick mention for Harriet who also helped us in finalising everything after the initial contact with Ryan!
We love our home thankyou mortimers 😀
