Mortimer's Estate Agents - Blackburn made our journey from making an offer on the house to recommending a solicitor who was amazing and dealt with all the legal work. Mortimer's staff were friendly and supportive and kept me updated weekly. would really recommend them 100% to anyone who is purchasing a house

Mortimers were a great estate agent to have from start to completion. Friendly, professional and kept you updated along the way. Great work, Thank-you!

Very efficient & fair & lovely staff.

Have always used Mortimers as they are estate agents I trust.

Distance is no barrier to success! Veda is highly professional, friendly, hard-working. Despite the challenges of us needing to sell a run-down historic UK home from overseas, Veda patiently and expertly guided us through the entire process, coordinating numerous viewings and communications among tradesmen, lawyers, buyer, seller. Veda is highly knowledgeable, provided regular updates, and responded promptly to our questions since we were unfamiliar with UK real estate practice. We greatly appreciate Veda’s impressive expertise and are grateful for all that she has done for us to reach a happy successful outcome. Thank you so much Veda!

Very professional service from initial contact to completion of property sale.
Kept up to date throughout the whole process. Thank you to everyone at Mortimers.

My experience of Mortimers was very positive and I would highly recommend them to anyone selling or buying a property. Madeleine Gardiner was excellent at keeping me informed, with a upbeat friendly nature. She also showed sensitivity as it was my late mother’s place. She is a very much a credit to Mortimers

Veda Banks at Mortimers has been extremely helpful throughout the whole selling process keeping me informed at each step and always with a caring friendly approach.
Veda is a real asset to Mortimers.

Many thanks to Joseph Boyling and the team at Mortimers in Blackburn. We were pleased with the valuation and subsequent level of service throughout especially when things got stressful towards completion.

Terrible service. Under pressure from day one to accept a low offer so Mortimers could put their 'Sold' sign up, Refused the offer, and then they accepted a bogus offer after I told them the buyer was not genuine. The house sale fell through, inevitably. eventually sold after I did the viewings myself, and they had the cheek to claim full commission for doing nothing. Do not waste time with them, there are plenty of Estate Agents around that are cheaper and more professional. I will never sell a house again through them and unfortunately will not buy a house that they are selling.

Excellent communication at every step of the sale , Veda Banks ( our Negotiator ) always answered any questions promptly and professionally.
I can recommend Mortimers Blackburn if you want a smooth and uncomplicated sale especially if you are fortunate enough to get Veda

Easy to communicate, establish contact and discuss progress and issues

Although we were nervous at "Offers over" the selling strategy proved spot on. Being green about the whole selling process, Veda was always there to advise and keep us right at each stage. Communication is key and Veda kept us well informed.
Well done.

Through the process of purchasing a house with the Mortimers team I was assigned with joe. Joe made my experience of this very easy and kept me up to date through the whole process with any possible changes. The Mortimers team is great and would recommend this team to first time buyers and sellers.
Thank you to Joseph Boyling and the Mortimers team.

Buying a house can be a stressful experience but my recent experience with Mortimers was a positive one. The Staff (especially Veda) were brilliant. They communicated ever stage of the transaction clearly and were always on hand to answer questions and solve problems. They acted as an excellent communication bridge between me, the vendors and our Solicitors. I could not recommend them highly enough!
