Me and my wife recently purchased a property in Clitheroe, Charlotte showed us around the property and was fantastic in answering all of the questions we asked, anything she didn’t know she was honest about and came back to us with answers later down the line. On move in day they helped to chase the solicitors and gave us a fantastic moving in box of goodies. Very happy with the service we received.

Always found staff friendly and helpful at the Clitheroe branch. Also having Veda as Move Manager towards the end of the process was particularly helpful.

Coincidentally both the sale and purchase of our new home was with Mortimers but two branches from different towns.
My husband and I were very impressed with the professionalism of the staff in both establishments. Staff were knowledgeable, pleasant and enthusiastic. Mortimers were great at communication, both proactively and in response to queries. A real positive is the fact that someone always answered the phone regionally even if the branch staff were busy, and the fact they were able to look at our records meant we were able to have an informed conversation and sort out any queries or at least pass messages on to the relevant staff. To be able to view properties on a Sunday was also an added bonus.
I would highly recommend both the Clitheroe and Blackburn branches without hesitation.
