Waiting on 2 orders from OCTOBER 2024.

Spent over $100. Not only did they say they’ve sent the product when I followed up in November 2024 but to find out via the tracking link only a label had been created.

Really disappointing as I was super excited to try this product being a massive seamoss fan.

This company is terrible at delivering. I ordered from them like months ago. At the time of this message still I have not received my package.

This company is a scam. Do not order through them. I placed an order in October 2024. Have made several attempts to contact. They respond with a generic email and have someone else’s random name in the email. They noted that the order will be delivered within two weeks it’s now been Seven months and nothing. Do not order. They are a scam rubbish organisation and they should be reported as being thieves and stealing people‘s money.

I tried to cancel order within 2 minutes of placing. They refused. Second, it has been 3 months and several email followups, and I still don't have the product. Everytime I reach out I get the same response - the item is shipping "this week" or "next week." This company is not ethical at all, I dont think I will ever receive the product, and if so, that is fraud.

This company is a scam. No doubt about it. I placed an order in October and still haven’t received it. I’ve reached out to the company several times that where they say that the order is coming in two weeks. Support is refusing a refund. This company is built on a complete fake and false storyline. I cannot believe it’s still operating. it needs to be legally shut down.

Have been waiting for 6 months for my order. Nothing. Took $60 and won’t give me a refund. Disgusting.

I ordered on 22nd feb and 10 weeks later still have not received anything. I have emailed on numerous occasions in which the company is refusing to refund me my money and “shipping by the end of the week” - on 2-3 separate occasions a month or so apart from each other. Seems I am not the only one who has unfortunately had this issue

Waiting 6 weeks, my order did not arrive. Emailing customer support, bad nswers and refusing to give me a refund. Just kept saying 'we are hoping to send it soon'. I did a charge back on my credit card, got my money back, but anyway, order still not with me. Avoid, nothing special but terrible service

Ordered in January. Still havent received. Multiple false promises of shipment coming soon. *still advertising pay shipping only* dont fall for it

Ordered in October 2024, still waiting on product. When I said refund my shipping fee and cancel order was told they don’t refund shipping fees too bad and then stopped replying to follow ups.

Scammed me and my friends. Wont provide a refund, nor reply to messages from October and November LAST YEAR.

Absolute scam. Trust the other reviews. I ordered this item back in October of 2024, to which my items never showed up. I have emailed them multiple times to ask where my order is and it’s just excuse after excuse. Do NOT buy from this website, they’ll just take your money.

Very disappointed for a Australian to treat fellow Australian consumers like this. Take their hard earned money for their own benefit without providing the product ordered. Shame, so un Australian and disrespectful behaviour. Hope all consumers see this and do not waste your money and energy on being scammed. Big promotions and promises but cannot meet the demand. Being honest and a refund is the right thing to do.

Paid for my order 7 months ago. Still no sign of the moss which apparently has a short expiry date. Under no circumstances should you waste your money. I wish I had looked at this site before wasting my money.

If I could give this company a 0 star I would. I have been waiting 6 months for my order. I have followed up every month and they just lie. They have told me about 6 times that my order will be delivered the following week yet nothing every turns up. I have requested a refund so I will see if that happens.

If I could give this company a lower number I would. I ordered in October and all you get is the same generic answer saying we will ship this month…. Next month. They don’t offer refunds which is illegal considering people have been waiting 6 months for their orders and have such poor customer service. Don’t waste your money it’s a total scam.
