100% SCAM!! Ordered in October and never got my order. All I’m getting from their customer service is poor English and empty promises. “We are working through our backlog and shipping your product within two weeks” for the last two months.
They also refused to give me a refund. Please stay away and do not support this crappy company stealing more money!!

If I could give them no stars I would,
Still waiting for my order from June 2024 & they keep trying to take more money out of my acct. bank is fully aware of this business & told me to get a new card.

TOTAL SCAM! Placed an order in January and am still waiting to receive it. Support is useless and doesn’t provide any details on the status of my order and will not refund me.

5 months later and still no package. Lucky for those who received their package. I wouldn’t trust Brent and his company.

Ordered a pack 5 months ago, nothing delivered, all messages ignored by their support staff. AVOID. Am now taking legal proceedings to claim back my funds under non conformity

Ordered back in November 2024 and never received my order. Messaged Mos x and they just made up different excuses. Still haven't received the order. Don't waste your money.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SCAM! They just take your money. They will only keep sending you msgs like the below but you will never receive the product. I ordered back in November last year and after several attempts to reach out to them, I just keep getting excuses of delays.

Save yourself from this scam. All these 5 star reviews are fake. Don’t trust them. They need to be taken down and charged for theft immediately!

DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME - I ordered at the start of December 2024 and emailed them last week following up as I haven’t received any product. I received a poorly written (foreign to English maybe) response saying “good morning, hope you're heaving a great days!

Thank you for your email, we so sorry for you, we can't offer you a refunds, because we are looking forward to sending soon for this month.

I never received my products, Customer service takes longer to get a response. It’s been almost 2 months yet no update about my order. No refund as well. I’m totally disappointed.

Absolute scam, ordered about 3 months ago got nothing. Emailed them multiple times to see where my order is same answer everytime saying it’ll get sent in the next 2 weeks. When I asked for a refund they said they don’t do refunds and that my order will come in less than 2 weeks. Biggest scam!!!

1 is a gift! This company is a huge scam, I ordered 3 months ago, and I am still waiting my order (I will never receive it) and they do not want to refund me because it’s not part of their policies, what a joke!!! Avoid an all cost, they rip people off!!!! Thief and liars

I placed two orders in November 2024. I am yet to receive either of those. Anytime I email, a generic and grammatically incorrect email fires straight back, claiming my order will be sent next month. They have been saying this since I ordered. It is now April 2025 and I haven't received any product, nor has my request for a refund. Each time I ask for my money back, they reply saying they can't refund because my order is on the way.

I placed my order on the 7th of November 2024 and have still not received my order. It's been 6 months! In December I received a tracking number which didn't work. I wrote to customer service and they said they had a backlog and should be caught up within 10 days. Nothing. I wrote again in March and have yet to receive a response or the products. Looking at the reviews, anyone in Australia doesn't receive their products but elsewhere do. Really bad business and very disappointing! I guess I can consider my money lost at this point.
