Worst experience ever!! It’s a scam!

Ordered 5 month ago and still no product. The customer service ignores me most of the time. Sporadic emails back to say they don’t refund and the product will arrive soon.. right. 5 months later. I just want my money back!
Tried to comment on social media, was taken off. Scammer!!

Massive SCAM!! Do not buy! I purchased only to realise I was over charged. I changed my mind about the product and asked for a refund before it had been sent. They said they were sending it now. Near 2 months later it arrived and the packaging was swollen and fermented. I sent another email again asking for a refund they said they will replace the product that was 4 months ago. Followed up today they said it will be sent this month.

I ordered in October last year! Still nothing!! The amount of it’s coming this week email (if you get any correspondence at all!) it’s out of control! They ran a promo where you just paid for shipping. Mine being over $60 and then nothing but silence. They’re a complete scam and I believe that’s why dodgy old mates MAFS Brent is working out of Timor as work arounds. Notice how hardly any of there insta posts are able to be commented on… it’s because they have literally ripped off 10s of thousands of people who comment angrily which they delete and then turn off commenting. Ignore these fake reviews. They’ve offered free moss to anyone who will leave a good review because their reviews are so bad! Just when I thought they couldn’t go any lower.. yet here we are..

Do the right thing Mos X Daily and Brent and refund the thousands of people who have not been sent any product!

If I could give zero stars I would! Absolute scam - they do not send out the products and when you try to ask them about it they tell you it’s ’on the way’ and they cannot give you a refund even though it’s been way over the shipping time they promise! I don’t think I will ever see my product and my money back!

Scam! Please don't order. I've just come on the page to find them offering free seamoss to anyone who writes a "glowing review". Could this be anymore unethical!? How about sending out the product I ordered in November last year? Its taken 4 months to even get a response to my enquiry relating to the order. Order No. 672339521

Can't review the product that was ordered on Feb 28th because I still haven't received it. Today's date is 03-23-2025. Shipping status says ready to ship.

Have yet to receive my items from my order on February27th. I emailed customer service and they literally told me
