Been waiting 7 months for my order. No updates, I have emailed numerous time and they promise it will be sent within the week… but guess what still no order has been received and it’s been nearly 3 months since I emailed last.
Don’t waste your money placing an order here.

What a joke. Blatant fraud. Paid shipping for a product that never came. Said it would come in 2 weeks. Then denied refund. Do not order from this company.

Ordered 21st October, still yet to receive shipping updates. Emailed 5 times since Nov 2024, requesting shipping or refund, with all denied.
Have lodged a complaint with QLD Fair Trading. Also noted that NSW Fair Trading have a Consumer Warning from 1/3 advising consumers not to deal with Mosxdaily. I have contacted the instagram page, owners page and them via email multiple times. Honestly disgraceful.

Scam company!
I ordered around 3 weeks ago, every time I email they say it’ll be 2 more week, I’ve asked for a refund where they say they are unable to refund me. I will be reporting to trading standards.

SCAM. Similar to other reviews, ordered in October 2024, and still nothing in March 2025. Don't waste your money paying for shipping to receive a product that doesn't exist.

Have been waiting for my order for months, the 24/7 chat is just a bot, not a real person responding. Have been emailing and contacting them for over a month with no luck. Don't waste your money.

Same as everyone else with the 1 stars (which should be 0 stars if we could vote that!). Scam. Ordered in October, still haven't received in March. Emails are ignored, IG DM's are poor professionalism as they ignore your questions and preach "it'll come in 2 weeks". Denied my request for a refund. I hope the owner receives his karma real soon!

this is a scam...been 5 months and they keep lying that it ll come in 2 more weeks.... and they dont even want to cancel the order....please dont buy

Ordered three months ago….nothing. Literally a scam. DO NOT ORDER.

Still waiting for my goods. No update nor communication from the company. Seeing all the bad reviews now, i guess I will never receive anything. I will try complaining to my bank.

Extremely frustrated with everything. Ordered in October, have been told 2 weeks, 2 weeks, 2 weeks every time I ask. I feel like this place must be located 2 weeks away from everywhere! Have requested a refund, told I won’t receive one. Email responses are poorly worded to say the least. If this product ever arrives, I’m buying a lotto ticket.

If I could give zero stars I would. Purchased in October 2024, no product received March 2025.

Order placed in October 2024, as of march i still haven't received my goods. I've followed up several times only to be given false promises. Even if they eventually come through good luck getting any consistent stock. What can you expect from a drop kick who made a name for himself on a seedy reality show.

NEVER GOT MY ORDER OF LAST OCTOBER 2024! BIG SCAM!

Ordered in October and been constantly provided different delivery dates and the product never gets delivered. Have demanded a refund as they now can not provide any delivery date and they have refused, lodged a complaint to fair trading as this breaches many laws.

Bit late to the party but still - just like many here, I didn't see order (or refund) since IG promo last October... still asked today again though, before taking it up with credit card provider.

One of the worst companies I have ever experienced. Whilst the owner jets around the world living a luxury lifestyle he leaves thousands of paying customers without product or refunds only to be constantly told its being shipped within 2 weeks zs I’ve been waiting 4 months.

I have never experienced such a low level scam before. I have been waiting for my order since October last year. I am receiving automated emails that are refusing to refund me. The automated emails sound like a 5 year old is typing them. SCAM written all over it! What a joke of a brand especially considering it has been created by someone who has a lot of followers on instagram.

Don’t buy from this company, been waiting over 4 months for my order. Generic responses from my emails. Check out the reviews first before giving them any money. They just take your money. Terrible customer service, do not care about there customer.
