Everything arrived exploded and they refused to give a refund!

Absolute scammers. They lie to you constantly telling you your order will ship in 2 weeks. They said that to me since November 2024. What a joke. I can't believe they are still functioning. Don't believe the 5 stars review. They are from IG influencers getting products for free to promote, so they can sell to regular people and steal their money. Period.

Bought 2 orders around November 2024 and by the 30th Nov 2024, they've created labels and sent through the Tracking number but that's it. They literally just make you pay for the label without the product. It's been 4 months and the package status is still in the label stage. I've tried reaching out but all they got are excuses saying it'll come but never really give a date or say when exactly. They're SCAMMERS, DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THESE SHITTY PEOPLE.

I placed my order when they had the 'just pay for shipping' deal on and jokes, seems like all that did was to pay for a label to be created. I made the order in November 2024 and it is now reaching 4 months with no update on the FedEx tracking details I was provided. Tried emailing them and initially got responses, now there is no response at all. Tried complaining to Shopify and seems like they are doing nothing. At this rate I'm just going to consider what I've paid as a donation to charity and not expect to ever receive anything

I placed an order in SEPTEMBER and have been chasing them up about my order that arrived exploded, inflated and warm since November.

After months of contact with weeks in between contact, I still have ZERO idea when my order will be reconciled.

Never sent the goods, no response from customer service, massive scam - avoid

I ordered products in October 24 and despite repeated follow up and being told my products are being despatched soon, nothing has arrived. I requested a refund and was told that it's "against their policy". I told them this is clearly a term they have because they know they're going to rip people off. You will never get your product, nor your money back.

It’s one thing to unashamedly scam people out of their hard-earned money.

It’s another to encourage unsuspecting customers to post fake 5 star reviews in return for a product they’ll never receive.

I can’t wait for this company to be exposed - they are literally the most disgusting, morally and ethically bankrupt company I’ve ever had the misfortune of dealing with.

SCAM!!! Please don’t buy unless you want to wait countless months hoping one day your product will show up! I’ve waited over 6 months and have not seen a single product from them and at this rate it feels like I’ve just donated money to this scam. Glad it was only around $20-$30 as I bought during a sale but pleaseeee save you money and buy from a trusted sea moss provider !

Disgusting people....we along with several other vendors have been chasing the founder Natalie Dabscheck and her husband for over a year now for money they owe us for an event they hosted in January 2024. They ignore all emails, phone calls and text messages requesting payment.

Saw this ad on Instagram for a free product and just pay shipping. Well I can confirm nothing has arrived. Waste of time and money.
Avoid.

Never received product. DO NOT BUY. No refund or compensation. Fake fed ex tracker sent.

Overall, it’s been a great experience! I enjoy the flavor and of course the benefits of SeaMoss

Been waiting almost six months with limited replies and just excuses after excuse when they do reply.

Product never came. Been nearly 5 months. NSW fair trade have also recommended avoiding this company.

Horrible company ordered $190 AUD back in 28/10/2024 and have not received anything even though I have reached out on multiple occasions through email. All they do is apologise and state they are working on it. Well it has been 5 months now.

They have also stated they don’t give refunds to “ensure that we can maintain the highest quality standards and service for all our customers”
Then why is it so bad? Horrible money stealers. Would give negative stars if possible.

If I could rate this brand a zero I would. I still don’t believe I will ever get the sea moss that I ordered 5 months ago. I have repeatedly asked where my products are to which I have received vague, unhelpful responses. I have asked for a refund which, given I haven’t received the product within a reasonable timeframe, I am well within my rights to do so. The only responses I have received is that they do not offer refunds. I believe this is a breach of my consumer rights. Essentially they have taken my money and given me nothing in return. DO NOT buy from this brand.

I ordered $127 worth of sea moss in September 2024. Despite numerous emails to their customer service, I have yet to receive a single packet of their "miracle product".

Avoid them as their organisation is a complete scam.
