Excellent service
Ordered a standard 200mm piston but it turned out the one I was replacing was a modified one which had a 185mm stroke. Metrol Springs took it back and adjusted it so it now fits free of charge. Excellent product and customer service.

Metrol Springs had the order picked packed and on the road within a mater of hours, package was delivered the next day.
This was done on a standard delivery schedule.

Exceptional customer support
I ordered a replacement strut for my campervan from the website and received the item virtually the next day. However , I had not specified the pressure required correctly due to a misunderstanding on my part. The customer support team were extremely helpfull and talked me how to resolve the issue. I returned the item and the strut was pressurised to my requirements and returned again virtually the next day. Many thanks to the customer support team for thier help. Would definitely use these guys again if the need arises.

Excellent customer service on the phone, sadly didn’t have the exact item in stock that I needed, However they provided me with an alternative option that was an exact match. Delivery was a little slower than I was originally advised, when I called to find out where it was they were extremely helpful once again and provided me with information I needed. Thank you

Printer now tucked away…
I ordered a pair of shelve runners based on the weight of my printer (10kg). The price was fair, the delivery time was acceptable and the product arrived well wrapped and boxed. Now installed I'm delighted with the product it does as expected.
