I had a very frustrating experience with this company. I ordered a product using a specific code, but they delivered a completely different item with the wrong code, which did not fit the car it was intended for.

When I contacted them to explain the mistake, they insisted that I was the one who made the error, even though I provided proof that I had ordered the correct item. Instead of taking responsibility, they refused to acknowledge their mistake.

I asked them to at least allow me to return the product and issue a refund so I could purchase the correct one, but they stopped responding to my messages entirely. When I called them because they were ignoring my messages, they answered but claimed they did not speak English and hung up on me.

I continued trying to contact them through messages and phone calls, but they either ignored me or did not respond at all. Eventually, their only “solution” was to suggest that I buy the correct product again, offering just a 7% discount, which is unacceptable considering their mistake.

This is extremely unprofessional behavior. They lack basic communication, refuse to take responsibility, and show no willingness to resolve issues they caused.

I do not recommend this company to anyone. If you are looking for something reliable, fast, and professional, stay away from them.

I had a great experience buying an auto part from this seller. The item arrived quickly, was well packaged, and exactly as described. The quality was excellent and the price was fair. Communication was also clear and professional. I would definitely recommend this seller and would buy again.

Habe dort ein Ersatzteil bestellt welches nicht geliefert werden konnte. Habe dann aber nicht mein gesamtes Geld zurück bekommen mit der Begründung es sei eine Gebühr für das Zahlungssystem.
Und vor der Bestellung müsste ich die Verfügbarkeit des Produkts überprüfen.
Ich finde es eine Frechheit das ich prüfen soll ob das Produkt verfügbar ist. Wenn dort steht lieferbar dann bestelle ich es mehr kann ich nicht tun.

Subsequently, I received the tracking link to the shipment via DPD and a few days later, I received the package well packaged and the part in perfect condition, which matched perfectly with my mirror.

Plus long que par le site, car payement via IBAN.
Il faudrait juste qu'il accepte Wero ou Paypal.
Ce qui selon moi, accelererait la vente.

You can order goods for cars.
But the listed price is not real price, you pay 23% extra if you are no company.

Polland is in EU and EU says 0% VAT for used goods/products.

No you know why they have cheap price on website, but if you order and want to pay, then the scam begins.

They also not respond on questions, just ask how you want to pay.

Paid the company 350€ in advance for suzuki jimny ecu. Everything went perfect, fast response and fast delivery.

I had a terrible experience with this company: I bought a second hand tail light for a Ford car, and the part arrived damaged. The answer from the company was: "what do you expect for that price!" Absolute scammers! Why selling for cheap something damaged?? They of course didn't offer any compensation, saying I should have noticed in the picture. But they think I am blind? If they wrote that the part was damaged, simply I wouldn't have bought! Scammers, scammers scammers!
