Good quality parts with prompt delivery. I’ve had several items for my Triumph T120 in the last 2 years from Motone and all have been well made. Their products are highly recommended by online bloggers that I trust. However, I can only give 4 stars as I have had to use online videos for fitting advice as instructions have either been scant or non existent. Good example of this is the rear caliper repositioning bracket that came without any instructions, that I have had to spend hours and hours and hours researching in order to find the correct way to fit. Once I had the info, it was straightforward. This was the first time I’ve had to contact Motone customer services and like others I have not received a response. Fortunately I found an old thread that had the answers I needed. If you but their products make sure you know how to fit them, to avoid frustration and disappointment. It may be that they have become victims of their own success and can’t keep up with the online comms.

Ordered a tail tidy for my Triumph. Turned out the cables were not compatible with the electrics on my bike and I have written several emails to get help from Motone with no answer whatsoever. I had to pay an extra almost 60 gbp for the delivery which was not part of the deal in the first place. Before I paid this amount I asked Motone if someone tried to trick me but within only an hour got the answer "Please pay it let me know exactly and I'll refund it." So I paid but have not received a refund. Now I would like to send back the tail tidy but am afraid I will not get my money back due to the utter lack of customer service Motone has displayed.

Always excellent, prompt and courteous service from a business which provides accessories for motorcycles. The products are always of a very high quality and are a perfect replacement in terms of style and fit for OEM parts and accessories, especially the brass replacement items. I have used MOTONE.CO.UK for many purchases over the past 2 years. Highly recommended.

As with the other reviews this company seems not to want to be contacted. Had a problem with an item, sent message via their website, no response, made numerous phone calls, always answer machine saying call back later, not even an option to leave a message. Will not be dealing with this company again

Had great service from Dan today. helped me out with new gaskets for Saturn exhaust. Thanks Dan

Ordered a helmet lock, arrived without lock and key. Phone unanswered, message unanswered, where the hell do I go now ?

Got the wrong products. No reply from customer service even though I have done several attempts in reaching out over phone and email.

Been in contact (trying to) with customer service since my taillight was broken on delivery. At first Sam on customer service replied that he would send a replacement. Haven’t heard or got any replies since then. Have not got any replacement and no answers on phone/email/facebook.

Absolutely Brilliant company to deal with. Customer service fantastic. Quality products at very good prices. After service amazing. After 45 years on two wheels road and track these guys tick all the boxes.

I really want to like this company, but customer service has been a bit limited when I've had to follow up issues. All the bolts holding my exhaust together have fallen out, and it's made a loud whistling noise since new which makes it pretty awful to ride with. I'd expected a premium product but I've been let down. Looks good, but that's about it! I've been waiting a couple of months for a replacement which apparently has a better design to be sent with several follow-ups, no resolution yet.

Strange reading the poor reviews as from my experience they have been excellent. Fast postage and great products.

No customer service. Several mails sent, no contact. Waiting for my order and getting concerned. It was supposed to be a gift for my friend. Missed opportunity. Sam promised to send me delivery tracking link. Failed. Missed opportunity. I have been totally ignored.

NO CUSTOMER SERVICE!
I bought a billet aluminium fuel cap, the rubber seal does not fit properly, it falls off unless care is taken when you take the cap off. It often moves when you screw the cap up so that you get an uneven seal. The diameter of the hole in the seal is much greater than that of the cap stem.
Over the last 6 weeks I have sent 2 emails to Motone asking if I have a faulty product and had no reply. I have tried phoning twice with no option to leave a message. I have bought other products from them, expensive items that have been great quality but due to the non existent customer service I would not buy anything else from them.

I received my order for handle bar risers and gas cap, I did not receive the gas cap stem.
I sent an email to Sam but no response.
I can not afford to pay another shipping for this, the gas cap is useless.

Decent stuff, but common as muck now..but can be found elsewhere often a lot cheaper, often 3 or 4 times cheaper. English company but most things imported from china,,, you jus gotta wait a bit longer, i saved 30 quid on a petrol cap compared to motone by doing this...

I ordered a couple of knee pads. Received a few days later, and products are of great quality. Recommended
