I've never worked with Motopress or a booking system before, and I have to say... I completely underestimated the scope, which isn't even apparent at first glance. The complexity behind it. Insane!

At first, it was a little difficult to navigate the system, but once you understand the concepts, it's easy and intuitive to use.

What I have to particularly praise is the support! So friendly and helpful, and above all, patient!

I’ve had an excellent experience with the MotoPress Hotel Booking support team. I encountered two separate bugs and opened two support tickets. They were incredibly responsive and handled both issues quickly and professionally. Their support led to two plugin updates, which shows how seriously they take user feedback. On top of that, their communication was kind, respectful, and helpful throughout. Honestly, this is the best plugin support I’ve ever dealt with. Highly recommended!

Fast support excellent

The whole hotel booking process is ready and easy to set up. BUT! If you would like to modify something in the template, e.g., button form, button place, you need to write CSS code.

I had problem with a plugin associated with the hotel booking and as it turned out it was my fault , but Andre on the help line was most helpful and solved the problem very quickly . I can't praise the help desk highly enough.

Effettuato pagamento dell'unico abbonamento disponibile a 499€ annuale e successivamente cancellato sottoscrizione in quanto il plug-in offriva meno di quello promesso e il servizio assistenza è molto lento a rispondere e spesso non risolve il problema. Documentazione inesistente o aggiornata a 3 anni fa. Di conseguenza annullando il rinnovo automatico si perde l'accesso ai plugin e temi cosa non dichiarata in nessun modo dal venditore; una truffa a mio parere paghi un anno anticipato perché unica opzione disponibile scarichi un plugin da 139€ e se annulli sottoscrizione perdi il diritto di scaricare tutti gli altri plugin o temi, in pratica ti fanno pagare il plug-in da 139€ al prezzo di 399€. Se pago sottoscrizione per un anno, anche annullando il rinnovo automatico dovrei avere diritto a scaricare tutti i plug-in e temi inclusi in quel pacchetto almeno fino alla scadenza ma non è così per loro. Veramente sconsigliata come azienda.

Great support, I had a problem with the payment - and it was not related to the plugin - and they solved it on chat support.

Had a couple of issues with my website, logged a support ticket and the instructions were pretty clear on what I needed to do to get back up and running. I was back and forwards for a few days but Andre was really helpful and got everything fixed in the end.
