Two years ago, I decided to purchase their WordPress Demo Builder plugin, which promised unlimited site usage. However, after buying the unlimited license, I encountered a limitation of 500 sites, which is an unfair policy. At that time, the company had not provided any updates or bug fixes for the plugin. Fast forward to now, and I find the plugin completely unusable. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend purchasing any plugins from this company, as they seem to neglect maintenance and support for their products.

Una cosa davvero assurda. Venerdì volevo comprare il pacchetto lifetime membership al costo di €799, ho aggiunto al carrello provato a pagare ma qualcosa è andata storta, allora ho detto vabbè provo domani, vado per provare sabato e il pacchetto era stato aumentato a €1799, non ha senso tutto ciò.

E' davvero terribile quello che è accaduto, vergognoso e davvero molto poco etico nei confronti dei clienti.

Chiedo l'assistenza cliente e dicono che la loro politica aziendale è questa, non possono fare diversamente. Boh davvero non ha senso tutto ciò!

Suite à un soucis avec la dernière mise à jour php, motopress a été réactif en leur demande de venir vérifier le problème. J'ai parfois été moins reactive qu'eux, mais Eugène a très bien suivi mon dossier et réglé mon problème, même si j'ai acheté mon temolate il y a maintenant 6 ans!

For someone with little to no knowledge about how to maintain a website or dealing with issues specifically with motopress products, I can in full confidence say I trust the support team. Eugene guided me through issues with my website and over a period of almost a week of back and forth email exchanges he helped me figure out my Hotel Booking plug-in was outdated, guided me step-by-step through the process to update it and verified everything was legit after the update. I really appreciated Eugene's patience and knowledge of how to regulate the issue. Thank you again Eugene you're a rockstar! I'm being dramatic but I'm really truly grateful.

Great plugin!
The plugin has many features we are looking for and the support team is very responsive.

This is my second review as I had to come to back to edit after discovering a few things. I think the Appointment Booking plugin provides only just that. If you need to allow your users to create an account, enter additional information, login in the future, manage and update their info, then you're at the wrong place.. The plugin is simply not robust enough and does not provide that feature.. The Checkout Fields addon costs almost as much as the plugin itself but all it does it add extra fields to the form.. The data entered by the customer will not be captured and added to the customer's account.. It acts like Contact Form 7 or any other contact plugin, it adds the data to the booking but not the customer's account. In addition, plugin and addon come with very basic styling.. No themes or templates to allow for width, column numbers.. etc.. All it does is change a few colours.
