Perfect fit, best price

Excellent customer service. Our Item colour choice wasn't in stock so we would to wait. MPS contacted us to tell us and give us the option of changing the colour. After some discussion we both agreed that it would be best to wait for our original colour choice. Then an even bigger surprise when it arrived justt a day or 2 later rather than a week. This company goes the extra mile to make sure the customer is happy with the product they have ordered. I cannot reccomend them highly enough. The customer service is like breath of fresh.

stuff came within a day or so, good price good quality

Absolutely fantastic, the item was clearly photographed so that I could see the part number so I ordered it. It came well wrapped and it was delivered with care by royal mail. I ordered the part on Tuesday and it arrived the next day. I must say the the part I ordered fixed the problem. Highly recommend MPS

got everything i wanted!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1

These guys kept me in the loop the whole way through. Part of my order was out of stock, so Byron emailed me to check if I wanted to wait and delay shipping. Long story short I decided to exchange it for an alternative product - No worries says Byron - sorted and shipped within 24 hours.
Excellent communication, fast shipping - just what you want from folks when your shopping online.
Fast, friendly, efficient - highly recommended. Thank you x

When I first chased up my order after a few days of placing the order, I was told over the phone that their warehouse was being worked on and that there was supposedly large signage on their website advising of delays to orders (there was no signage on their website advising of this) Then when I next called a week later, they advised they had dispatched the last one the day before. And then I had to wait a month before they dispatched it from their wholesaler. Giving my review a 3 star review as I know that it can be challenging for small businesses, however wish that I was kept better informed regarding my order, and if they didn't have the battery In stock, either update this on the website, or simply send an email update as soon as they know to anyone that has ordered advising them of the ETA for them to get it back in Stockport.

Efficient service as came very quickly.

Friendly and helpful staff delivering the goods. Who could ask for more.

Great customer service called after initial problems with online ordering which could be made more user friendly, on the phone got everything sorted no problems whatsoever.

Parts were in stock and delivered promptly

Prompt service and good communication

Absolutely worth the money, super comfortable. Delivered in time and an easy install.

For a battery that costs more than £140, the package was very badly wrapped, with no indication which way up it should be! Given to me on its side with what little wrapping in tatters. Would not recommend buying a battery from this company!
