Motorpoint are a good company, saw the car I wanted, made an enquiry through the website and was contacted very soon after. Booked in for a test drive of the car I was interested in, liked the car, bought it (traded my car in satisfactorily). They were very helpful and answered all my questions, a good experience.

From the start of my car shopping experience with Motorpoint, Charlie was really understanding of my situation, time constraints and requirements. He was extremely friendly, approachable, knowledgeable and professional.
Collection day felt like a big celebration for everyone and you're made to feel really special!
It was great to get a call a few days after collection to make sure that everything is as expected and you're enjoying your new car.
Overall I cannot fault Motorpoint Portsmouth for their incredible team and service. I recommend them to everyone that even mentions they're thinking about getting a new car!

Fantastic service

All the staff we interacted with on the day were fantastic
They were all attentive to my wants and needs and made the whole process a pleasurable one from start to finish
I found it a very relaxing atmosphere and nothing I asked for was too much trouble for them
I did end up buying a car which I was able to drive home the same day
Just want to say thankyou to the team at Hilsea and I will be recommending them to family and friends and I would not hesitate to buy another car from them in the future

Megan T was amazing , very professional and friendly. Couple of minor things needed doing and she got it all completed before we left the showroom. Absolutely loved the big blue ribbon she put on my car. it was a lovely morning picking up the car and the handover was really good. Would recommend her going forward she is a lovely lady and my car was a white seat arona 24 plate .
