Yaz is the Man,

Anyone looking for a new car or help looking at options and having a proper top man to help you I can not recommend someone more.

Yaz has been an absolute diamond from start to finish, buying a new car can be daunting but Yaz has made this exchange a breeze. He has kept me updated with everything from valeting, service etc. Yaz literally went above and beyond and I can’t express how much it means and how much I appreciate it. The 4 hour trip was worth it! Best experience I have had buying a car and Yaz is honestly the most genuine person I’ve dealt with. Thank you Yaz! 11/10 customer service!

I bought a focus. Had a rattle above petrol tank. They changed shockers still got rattle. Messaged dealership. No reply. 3 months later some one hit front of car. No damage but went in for a look at insurance company. Reply car as had previous damage to front and bad respray. Messaged dealership no reply. This is a company who says they check ever car with experts. Check car in side and out. Good quality cars. Not mine I will never buy from this company or sister company north east cars ever again. Please get your own AA check done before buying.

Now based at Haslingden.

I bought a car from here and collected on 5th sept. 22nd sept the EML came on. Service light been on since collection, shoddy valet done, mould all over the rear seat belts. Advised full service done and upon checking the coolant it was below minimum, offered a coolant refund 2 weeks ago, still waiting. Shocking after service too, just fob you all off all the time. Rejected the car on the 26th and still not heard from them. Now being escalated via the relevant outsourced channels.

Honestly, stay well clear of this car supermarket.

Visit to motor trust haslingden had a quick loot round good choice of stock a member of staff asked how we were getting on and what we were looking for he was called Yaz they didn’t have the stock I needed but search for it and found it at the depot in Morcombe, very chilled out and relaxed

Salesman YAZ gave me the best journey ever and talked me through absolutely everything I needed to know. What an outstanding customer service. Thank you mate for everything.

I wish i read these reviews first, put a deposit (£500) on a mercedes slk, after delays and excuses galore the car goes for an Mot as agreed and it fails due to engine mgmt issue and 5 other items. It then does not move and suddenly passes with all six items resolved, even though the issues still existed. I then get a call saying the engine mgmt light has come back on and did i want to walk away. I took them up on this and like so many others on here am still waiting for my deposit to be returned. I was promised several times i.e end of week, end of day but still nothing. This has now been escalated to the credit card company to follow up. I am just glad i walked away when i did and would not recommend this company and certainly not putting down a deposit unless you are 100% on the car and history……

Overall, I have had a great experience at Motortrustuk Haslingden. Immediately upon arriving, I was greeted by Jay who was friendly, attentive and supported me in finding my dream car. He was quick to respond to any queries I had and I couldn’t fault the service I received.
