I bought ford transit van from motovan…
I bought ford transit van from motovan , i found lots of problem including engine/ electrical/big gap on doors,
it wasn't even serviced , at the time of purchase i was told service history will be provided , but they did not
provide me with service history at all .later i find out that this van was right of and repaired defectively and
by asking them to sort out the issue they did not do anything , they even didn't change timing belt , i am
suffering as a result of lie by this seller am sad and disappointed , don't trust motovan and don't buy from them . hussain firouzian

Hi Hussain, thank you for leaving a review. I’m sorry you feel that you have had a disappointing experience with us, and it’s not in line with what you were expecting. It is important to remember the events as follows, your vehicle was purchased in April 2022 and your warranty period was from April – October 2022.
As mentioned before to you, all our vans have a thorough history check, a full service carried out and we do not buy any vehicles that are given a category (A, B, S (C) & N (D)), as these vehicles are not up to our standard, your vehicle was no exception to this. To clarify what has been mentioned to you prior, we never promised at any point a full-service history with this particular vehicle.
To reference your review, at the point of sale a policy pack was provided to you detailing the warranty procedure. Our records show that neither us or the warranty company had been informed of electrical or engine issues you say you experienced, and we believe this was written in error.
You also mention the timing belt wasn’t changed. Under your warranty companies’ specifications, (and highlighted to you at the point of sale), the timing belt is a ware and tare item in which it is the responsibility of the vehicle owner to replace when necessary.
To reference the driver door body gap issue, you highlighted this issue to us in May, expressed you would like it repaired ‘ASAP’, in which we accommodated you with numerous dates of which you cancelled throughout a 6-month period.
After canceling your first two appointments, in which the vehicles warranty period was coming to an end, we mentioned it would be helpful if you were able to attend the next agreed appointment; your third appointment. We value our customers time and hope that customers return the same decency, we have accommodated you tremendously throughout missing appointments which cost us our time and money but also the other customers who also could have used that appointment slot.
After canceling your second appointment, you then agreed to bring us the van in January 2023, 3 months after the warranty period ended. Of which you brought the van one day later than agreed, delivering the vehicle to our dealership, which does not have any repair facilities which you were aware of, as you agreed to drop the van off at the repair center.
We repaired the driver’s door gap to ford’s specifications, and you were not happy with this as you mentioned the gap was still too big for your preference as your concern was the risk of someone being able to pry the door through the gap. We mentioned that this is not something we can change as it is the design of the van and for you to consult a van security company for any security preventions.
We have records that show the conditions of your van before and after the repair.

2011 Nissan micra
I bought an imported 2011 Nissan micra from Motovans and am very satisfied with both the car and the service. While there was a bit of a hiccup with the communication with the messaging (via Facebook marketplace), Dawson and Nirosh at the Harrow and Bedford branch were helpful and accommodating. I would definitely recommend but would suggest you call the branch directly.

Bought and picked up my mums car from…
Bought and picked up my mums car from this place, they helped me sort out my tax and insurance and roadside cover before I left. Let do a test drive aswell. In and out within an hour. Would definitely recommend.

The best place to buy a van
This was my first time buying a van and I had been to a number of dealers before but never received the same level of service and attention as I did with MotoVans. Its a very tight yard and I almost missed it driving past but what they lack in size they make up for in the level of support and customer service they provide. I had raised a request on CarGurus and spoke to a really great guy called Dawson, he called me back promptly and from the first call made sure I was kept up to date with new vans and went out of his way to help me. I was a demanding customer but he was always cheerful and alerted me whenever a new vehicle arrived that met my requirements.
Could not recommend more highly.
