Debt resolution settlement

I decided to use moulton law group to help settle my debt in which I have multiple debts to settle. I sent them 6000 dollars up front to help my debts as I was told that the more I have in my account the easier it is to negotiate and settle my debts. They did settle one of the debts and soon later found out that they settled one debt and didn't use any of the money I gave them to settle it. They ended up taking most of the money for their fees. Which no one called me or even told me they would do. I was shocked, I guess it's in the agreement that they can do this but do you think I would have sent them so much money upfront if they didn't use it to settle my other debts. When I called them they said it was they took it out for their fee.
I said did you have to take all the money. They said they left some they left me 500 dollars. I asked they how do I negotiate the next debt if I have no money to negotiate with. One said some companies will negotiate with out having any money. At the amount of debt I owe I highly doubt that and almost gaunteee they won't.
I talked to multiple different people about this. I asked them how do you think I feel and how would they feel if this happened to them. They said they understood but they don't control the finance area of it. One lady even said she was surprised they didn't do aobthly payment plan.

One person said it's the finance department that did this and they have no control over it. One person said because other clients cheated them out of money on the payment plan they
When they didn't finished paying the debt off. So that's my fault??? I get my money taken all at one time because of past incidents? One person said I still owe them more but they pushed the rest of it too the end. I understand you pay for a service because it is an agreement and they need money to run a business but you don't do this to a client. I talked to 3 other debt relief companies and they said they wouldnt haven't done that and they don't work that way. Even when I log into my account it says extra money added money use for debt purposes.

The one deal they did get it takes all my
Monthly payments. I asked them if they could get a better longer term he said they couldn't as that the debt company wouldn't do any longer. I took the deal because I have to start paying on some of this debt. It does shorten my debt to the one company but it leaves me vulnerable to the other ones.

I have called them a few times about this issue and if we can do something different what happened a payment plan Instead of them having to take this all at once like they did. They put me on hold and said they will look for a manager. Every time they cannot find anyone or someone will call me back.
I was told that they sent a email to fianance dept and see what they say because they have to go to them. I found out none of this was noted in my file. So I asked them to note it. I have called a 3 times since than and still never received a phone call back.
Which has been over 2 months ago.

They said each debt is handled different by the situation. So if I didn't have the money in the account they have been had to take a monthly payment.
So they used this to take advantage
of me. They didn't even use any of the money I had saved to make a monthly payment they took it out of my bank account instead.

I don't like to write bad stories about companies or people but this merited it.
As all it did was make my anxiety and nerves more and just really made me very very angry. I cannot even explain how upset I am. They made me feel like a piece of meat and that they don't care about their clients. Than they wonder why these type of companies get a bad reputation

Courtesy and understanding that sometimes life just happens and throws you a curve.
