I got some really good information and although I signed up I changed my mind and was able to cancel the program right away I appreciate the fast response

I was not aware that this would be…

I was not aware that this would be turning my loan into a collection, as I was under the impression that I was refinancing my loan. Once I requested to cancel, I have been unable to reach anyone by phone, as my calls have gone unanswered.

A life story.

It was very good to talk with people who took the time to listen and offer sound advice and direction. My life has crumbled. My wife Mary Anne who is 60 years old was diagnosed with Severe Alzheimer’s 4 years ago. We have been married for 28 years. I have had to sell properties and personal items to maintain a stable life for her. Now I need help, and the people at Moulton Law Group have filled that need very well. I am looking forward to becoming financially independent again. Most of my life I have been able to be that way, but life had other ideas about staying that way. Now, now I have hope again.

We have not received proof that any…

We have not received proof that any payments have been made. One Main is STILL sending us bills, even tho you said you would get them to stop. I have given authorization for you to speak to my wife, Patti, numerous times and she still cant get anything taken care of, as authorization is requested EVERY TIME! I do NOT have time for these games!
According to credit report, both One Main AND the other account you are "taking care of" are reporting payments are over 90 days past due, and the balances keep going UP instead of DOWN!
We are quite unhappy with the way this is going. You have supposedly been working on this for 3 almost 4 months and we are seeing NO change!

MY FINANCIAL RELIEF

Knowing that my larger debts to be taken care of. The agent was courteous and the process was clear and understanding. The directions and instructions were clear to understand and the process of the program are great.

COMPETENT & CONFIDENT

Grant was very knowledgeable and patient with all my questions. He was very articulate in his responses and that made me feel at ease that I was in the right hands. My only wish is that he was also my case manager. I’ve not met that person yet.
