MoverJet Logistics Opiniões

Consumer Alert

Beware: do not sign a contract with this company. Moverjet Logistics quoted a price of $350. After I signed a contract, their quote increased to $850. I had to pay $95 to get out of the contract, even though they had not contracted with a mover. Zach, their representative, said I should learn how the industry works. Wow! I think I just did.

Zack Lumiere was my assistant. He put great work into helping me ship my car from Massachusetts to Nevada. In 2 days he found me a suitable shipper that had great reviews and a good price. I thank him very much for the time he took to work with me. I highly reccomend their service.

Ann was absolutely fantastic to work with. She helped transport my side‑by‑side across multiple states, and throughout the entire process she showed patience, professionalism, and genuine care. Due to circumstances beyond my control, I had to reschedule pickup twice. Ann never made me feel like a burden—she stayed flexible, understanding, and continued to work with my unpredictable schedule.

On the third attempt, the universe finally aligned, and Ann was able to coordinate a driver and make the delivery happen smoothly. This was my first time using a shipping/transport service like this, and it can be intimidating when you don’t know what to expect. Ann took the time to explain the process clearly, answered my questions, and put my mind at ease.

These days it often feels like everyone is out to get you, but Ann proved the opposite. She kept me informed, updated, and confident every step of the way. Her professionalism and kindness made all the difference. I’m grateful for her help and highly recommend working with her.

Mrs. Ines Joseff, thank you so much for staying consistent and making sure my truck got towed from Atlanta to South Carolina. I really appreciate all your hard work, dedication, and effort. 💪🏿 Thank you again!

Having one point person for our car move made the whole process less stressful. Ines was quick to respond to all of my questions.

From the moment I contacted moverjet
I knew this was the right company to transport my 2016 HD Classic. My representative Zach Lumier kept my well informed and delivered on his word my bike made it safely back home in Chicago from Arizona Any It didn’t cost me an arm and a leg . I will definitely work and recommend Zach for any transport needs!!
Thank you Zach!

Zack Lumiere was my agent and was very concise and quick to get me everything I needed at a great price. I would for sure use these services again.

Zach moved a van for me, and went above and beyond for a fair price. If you have a vehicle or anything to move, I suggest you call Zach Lumiere at moverjet logistics.

I did business with MoverJet Logistics, and it went so smoothly. I had my car moved from Minnesota to California. They had the better quote from all of the quotes I got. My car was pick up on a Saturday 7/18. The shipping started on Monday and it was delivered 7/22/2026. The agent; Ann Summers that helped me from the onset was so courteous and communicated every details along the way so well. Even the carrier that was used was great. I would strongly recommend Moverjet Logistics, they are reliable and their service is top-notched.

I had a great experience with this transport agency. They delivered my new car safely from another state and kept me updated throughout the process. The vehicle arrived on time and in perfect condition. The team was professional, reliable, and easy to work with. I would definitely recommend their service to anyone needing vehicle transportation!

Ann Summers made the shipping process easy and efficient. She responded fast whenever I had questions and was always willing to help. Will definitely be using Mover Jet in the future because of Ann!

Move It Jett transported a vehicle from Kansas City to Sugar Land, Texas, and the entire experience was outstanding. The communication throughout the process was superb, and Inez was absolutely phenomenal. Communication is the key to any successful business and any strong relationship, and Move It Jett exceeded my expectations every step of the way. I would gladly partner with Move It Jett again anytime I need to transport a vehicle. Highly recommended!

Wonderful service!!, ask for Ines Josef, she is the best person!!!

Excellent Customer Service by Ann, on time , safety transport, really feel comfortable.
Competitive Prices,Good Job.

Very disappointing experience due to a lack of transparency and communication.

My vehicle pickup was delayed for over a week, and ultimately the car was never picked up at all. Throughout the process, the agent seemed unable to access or verify my order details on the spot and repeatedly had to call back with updates(agent was ok but seemd like he didnt have the right tools)—when I was able to get a callback.

The quoted price also increased dramatically from $1,000 to $2,700. Even after I agreed to the higher price, the vehicle was still not picked up.

Overall, the experience was frustrating, unprofessional, and lacked transparency from start to finish. I cannot recommend this service based on my experience.

I would advise potential customers to carefully consider other options before using this company.

Let me start by saying thank you so much for the help! I heard about you guys from a friend who recently shipped a vehicle with you! So I gave it a shot and that was the best shot I could’ve taken! From price point, communication, pick up/delivery time, etc.. I had an old school car that was picked up from Anchorage Alaska, (yep Alaska) and shipped all the way to the great state of Georgia (took only 7 days) and it was effortless with the help of Ines Joseff at Moverjet Logistics. If you looking for a great price and fast and professional service, don’t hesitate to try them! Thanks again, this was a great experience and will use for any other shipping I may need.

This was my first time shipping my car and was very nervous. However, Ines was the person that helped me she was very transparent and responsive which helped ease my nerves a lot. I would definitely book with them. They simplify the process tremendously and offer around the clock support. There will never be a time when you won’t be able to get in contact with them or be left in the dark regarding your service.

Ryan was my contact & very helpful. Able to manage a Difficult situation for picking up a car & having moved across the country. Arrived safe & sound. The transport company communicated very well for pick up & delivery.

I cannot say enough good things about Ines at Moverjet Logistics, she was incredible in shipping a car fast for me across the country from California to Maryland over a holiday week. The process to find the right company to ship a car is daunting and overwhelming, so many choices with everyone promising one thing or another. But Ines helped me through the process kindly and honestly, and made me feel comfortable through every step, from the initial signing of the contract to connecting me with the shipping company and the specific driver, and then following up after pickup and at delivery. She thoroughly answered every question I had, the price was fantastic, and both pickup and delivery were smooth despite it being a holiday. I would recommend Moverjet Logistics to anyone looking to ship a car, and specifically Ines Josef for being such a great and helpful contact.

Very smooth experience overall. Communication was easy since everything was handled by text, the price was better than a lot of the other quotes I got, and the car showed up faster than expected. The whole process was simple and hassle-free. I'd definitely use them again for the other two cars I still need to move.
