MoverJet Logistics Opiniões

Very unhappy with the way this company handled my transport, my initial quote was for $350 to transport from Carlsbad to San Jose, I asked Liza if it was a firm quote because I did not want any surprises, she then says $400 is a firm quote and I reiterated “will it change or is that a solid quote” and she reassures me that yes it is a firm quote so I sign a contract for $400. The day before they are to pick up my car she tells me it’s going to be $550! On such short notice I have no choice and have to go through with it, she books it and then transporter is 2 days late! She also tells me that I will be updated throughout the transport but I had to call the transporter company myself for updates, I will be processing a charge back with my credit card for the deposit/up front fee to them, extremely unhappy with the way this was handled but I have found out when shopping around that ALL transport company are shysters, they are only brokers and do not transport themselves, thus the lowball bids to suck you in then bait and switch you a day before once it’s too late for the customer to make other arrangements, I will never transport another vehicle again. As for the transporter themselves, they were pretty good.

Tyler was very patient with us as we tried to find a carrier at our budgeted price. He was easy to get ahold of and very communicative. It was a smooth process. Thank you!

When beginning my search to relocate my RV several states away I was contacted by several agencies willing to assist me, all within a similar cost point. Ann set herself and her company apart with straight forward professional communication, always responsive but without being annoying.
Ann made it as easy as it could be for me and I definitely appreciate her efforts.

Ann from Moverjet helped me with my recent car haul from TX to CA; end to end was a wonderful experience, always in touch and making sure everything went smoothly and well

I had a wonderful experience with this business. Ann was incredibly attentive, professional, and patient. She truly understood my needs and provided the perfect solution. The driver was equally impressive—professional, friendly, and courteous. The entire service was exactly as promised, with everything going smoothly from start to finish. Highly recommended!

Thank you Ryan Walker with MoverJet logistics for removing my stress of getting my son’s car from Seattle to Arizona. You came highly recommended and you did not disappoint. You were honest about the price and no bate & switching. I can’t thank you enough. Order ID 5575753

From the moment we contacted the company, Ann Summers was our contact and she kept us informed throughout the whole process. All parties stuck to the timeframe that was layed out, the car was picked up on the day we requested and the driver called and texted us his location so everyone was on the same page. The car was delivered on the day that was requested and the again the driver called and texted us the location for pickup. It was seamless and the communication between all parties was excellent.

I worked with Ann Summers from Moverjet Logistics and she was Amazing!!! My car was shipped from Fort Lauderdale, Florida to Seattle Washington. The car arrived in 2 weeks with no issues. Thank you for a good experience! I recommend this business.

I have worked with Jane for two years now to ship múltiple cars to and from California. She has been so patient and helpful. There was a problem with one of the drivers and she took care of it in a tímely manner and reassured me that she would take care of everything and she did just that. I will always contact and refer her for all car transport needs.

Ann Summers did a very good job keeping me up to date on my delivery.

Tyler was always quick to answer any questions we had.

I had an amazing experience with MoverJet. Very reliable and very good reasoning for pricing. ASAP services. Would definitely recommend!

Timing was exceptional, didn’t think I was going to receive the vehicle on time, it was unbelievable, thank you. Not only the timing, everything arrived intact as left the starting point and nothing got damaged, thank you. Driver seemed compassionate and professional and took things as it was his only property, thank you. Although didn’t speak much, we felt warmth through his smile and hand gestures, thank you. It was most satisfying experience getting our vehicle transported through long distance and felt most happiness when arrived. Thanks from bottom of our heart and we will recommend to everyone for future needs. Thanks again and again.

Customer Service was good. Tyler was very transparent of the services provided. Car was delivered timely. Price was also very reasonable. We are very pleased.

The company did well initially when I contacted them. Later on in the process I did received much feedback on how the search for a driver was going.

I worked with Tyler. Tyler kept me in the loop about trying to secure a driver and any changes in cost.

Ann was kind and efficient, and reason I chose this company. There was no BS.

I have used this company MULTIPLE times to transport my vehicle. I have also sent my friends and family to get their cars shipped with them as well. They have always done an outstanding job and made me feel very safe to use their services. I would totally use them again in the future!
