MoverJet Logistics Opiniões

All around great experience. Professional, timely, accurate and pleasant experience. Ann Summers went above expectations to coordinate moving my low ground clearance, manual transmission Porsche. Truck driver was also excellent, drove the car up the ramp w/o slipping the clutch or tires in a downpour. 5 stars!

From start to the finish Ine’s did a great job of communicating. She worked hard to find a carrier that fit our timeframe. Excellent!!

I have had nothing but positive experiences shipping 5 cars with Jordan Lewis.

I dealt with Diana on a recent transport from PA to TX. She was professional had excellent communication and was able to offer competitive pricing and a schedule that worked for us. Thank you 😊

Worked with Tyler.D to transport my vehicle from FL to NY and it was nothing but pleasure. Tyler was able to find me backup drivers as the first company missed the pickup window. Highly recommended and I would contact them again for future requests. Thanks!

Diana (ID 5366617) with MoverJet was extremely helpful with the process, responded promptly and provided updates regularly with my 2-vehicle transport! Vehicles arrived safely and on time, with easy transactions. Highly recommend working with her if you need your vehicles transported in a safe and timely manner!

Tyler understood my situation and assisted better than any of the other companies that reached out. It's hard to find someone who listens rather than regurgitating information from a screen. I will be using them again for another transport because of Tyler.

Prompt, good communication, respectful and reliable folks. They delivered my Civic as promised. Very pleased.

I had great success with MoverJet Logistics. I used them twice to ship a vehicle from Massachusetts to California. They were competitively priced, professional and reliable

Great experience. Jordan was really helpful and made the entire process work flawlessly. Great price ( no bait and switch tactics) and delivered on time. Highly recommend these guys if you are moving a car cross country. I'd give 20 stars, if i could.

We had good communication with this company and they were recently priced. Our truck made it from California to Indiana safe and sound.

I had a fantastic experience with Mover Jet when shipping my car from Texas to New Jersey. Iness Joseph was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process, providing clear communication and making sure everything went smoothly. The pricing was very reasonable compared to other quotes I received, and my car arrived on time and in perfect condition. I truly appreciate the professionalism and reliability of their service. Highly recommend Mover Jet to anyone in need of auto transport!

I don’t typically do these, but I swear, ines was one of the most transparent shipping agents I’ve talked to. Everyone else was giving me insanely high or crazy low prices but ines showed me her screen with the length vid calculator and held my hand through the whole process. She let me know exactly where the car was coming and when it was being picked up. She truly is a rock star.

Had a smoothe experience. I was a bit of a skeptical but my broker Ines was a big help!

Inez was great. She shipped two of our cars from California to North Caroline. She worked hard to find me an affordable rate and communicated with me through it all.

Jordan from MoverJet Logistics provided awesome customer service and a great price to move my motorcycle safely . It was very easy to reach them and quick turnaround.

Jane Waits from MoverJet Logistics provided top-notch customer service and a great price to move our vehicle. Go with them!

The agency’s representative, Ms. Ines Josef, has done an excellent job for the past two months in locating a career to transport my car. She was always very responsive and communicated with us on a constant basis either via calling or through email messaging!
However, I don’t like the idea of MoverJet Logistics’ policies are not to make aware to the customer, that the carrying company can always change their mind with respect to their promises and they would never pick up the car on time, for example, in my case, they promise to pick up at 6:30pm bust they showed up past after midnight, and put the customer in a very uncomfortable and annoying situations! Also, the MoverJet Logistics, never kept the promised transportation cost. In my case it jacked up two times prices compared to the original quoted price! This sort of harassment could be avoided by telling up front to the customer the real price for the carrying costs!

Moverjet was beyond accommodating with the cross-country transport of my vehicle. Available to answer all my calls and concerns and delivered my vehicle swiftly and efficiently. Would absolutely use their service in the future. ✅

Ann was so sweet and helped me out so much especially when my friend grandma passed Ann worked with her and helped us both out! Give Ann that promotion!
