Hi Andy,
We’re sorry to hear you feel that way - we always aim to make returns as quick and straightforward as possible. We responded to your request within a few hours and sent the return instructions again when you followed up, but it sounds like there may have been some confusion or email issues along the way.
We completely understand the frustration, and we appreciate your feedback. We are happy to see the return has now been successful organised and is being processed.
Have a great week ahead!

The best big wheeled wagon money can buy
I spoke with a member of Mover X staff at least twice on the phone prior to making a purchase after which I felt assured and confident to make the purchase.
Having owned two wagons previously (other brand) I knew the Mover X was a superior model constructed to last.

300L bad boy!!
I bought the 300L and it is massive!
The cart is exceptionally well made and sturdy.
Perfect for transporting the rugby equipment. I reached out to check for a shower cap for the cart. I was pleased they had thought of manufacturing one! I have purchased.

5 stars
Found the website very "user friendly" Alot of options and very good detailed descriptions of each item. Confirmation of delivery was quick and accurate. Product is extremely sturdy and very well made. It is definitely worth spending a little bit more to get the a quality item. As the saying goes "you get what you paid for" and this definitely applies with this product. (I brought the 120L) The only thing I would say is I have found it to be very heavy once folded down but that doesn't worry me because again, it's a solid item which is clearly made to last. The only reason I have mentioned the weight is in case someone has difficulty lifting.
