We’ve seen families turn them into shopping carts, photographers use them as mobile gear haulers, and dog owners transform them into rehabilitation wagons. We’ve even spotted them at dog shows, sports events, and hauling everything from BBQs to beach gear. If there’s one thing we’ve learned, it’s this: adventure comes in all forms, and our trolleys are ready for them all. Absolutely first class customer service…
Absolutely first class customer service from this company. The product arrived very quickly after I ordered it (for a Christmas present), was well packaged and all good.
Unfortunately I needed to return it after Christmas as my son already had bought one for himself, and without any hesitation, Ed at MoverX organised a full refund on return of the product. My emails were answered instantly, I was treated with the utmost courtesy even though I was asking for my money back, and it just felt like I was dealing with a friend. I have no hesitation in recommending this company.

Hey there,
Thanks so much for the amazing review! We’re really glad to hear the order arrived quickly and was well packaged, even if it turned out your son had already treated himself!
We’re also pleased we could make the return and refund process smooth and straightforward for you. That’s exactly how it should feel. I’ll make sure Ed sees your kind words too.
Thanks again for the recommendation, it really means a lot.

Wonderful customer service
I ordered my item and it was quickly sent out for delivery. There was a little hiccup with the delivery company however, Connor at MoverX worked tirelessly to ensure this was overcome and I received my item the next day. It was a Christmas present so I can't thank Connor enough! He was pleasant and professional throughout and it was down to him I received my item in time.
