MoverX Opiniões

Very simple order process and quick delivery

so I had left it real late to order a camping wagon... and orederd through Band Q website which said Next Day Delivery... but then the confirmation came through whcih was for delivery the day after (the small print had said if ordered before 12pm but i hadnt seen that).... So I rang Moverx and was put straight through to Rosie - explained we were leaving at 6am... could she help. And yes she could! She organised it for next day - checked in with me that all was good. This is true excellent customer service... there was a problem and Rosie solved it... Still to use the Camping Wagon.. so watch this space for a review on the product - but it looks incredibly sturdy.. I reckon they will be able to take me round the festival in it! THANK you SOOO much Rosie. You are a star

Super quick delivery of a heavy duty, well made trolley. Easy to put up and collapse and seems to cope with different surfaces very well.

We bought a Moverx 120l/100kg festival trolley for our Community Food Bank last year. It has been brilliant, however a fault developed with one of the wheels. We've been in touch with Customer Service, who have been incredibly helpful and sorted out a replacement for us. It is so reassuring to be able to speak to someone and to have this level of support. Thanks so much!

I bought the 120L Festival Trolley with tabletop and cover. I had one small issue with the delivered trolley - one metal tube for the table top was slightly misshapen and wouldn't fit a second tube - but this was quickly resolved by customer service. Otherwise the trolley was well made and well designed and better than all others I've seen. Wide wheels and, completing the package, it came with a strong cover for the tabletop and onefor the trolley itself.

Excellent quality of products. Recently purchased the 200l MoverX for use at Download and it was brilliant. Very well made, great design and the quality is superb. Stood up to a whole 5 days and functioned great, particularly on the way in and out for over a mile.

Bought the 200L with table and waterproof cover. Really easy to assemble and pack away! It's brilliant and folds away very compact. Would highly recommend! Delivery was so fast!

Excellent products and superb customer service, many thx

I purchased the 300ltr trolly which fitted everything that I needed in for a 4 day festival.
The trolly is really well made, however 1 thing I don’t like about this trolly is, once folded with the cover on it really could do with a metal handle in the middle of the flat have so that you can pick it up.
Also the cover that I purchased with the trolly could do with being slightly longer on the sides, if your things are higher than the actual trolly it does not fit, so to me that isn’t worth buying I think you can get a better cover elsewhere, so please be mindful.

I am really impressed with this company , customer services are amazing , very prompt to deal with my problem . Will buy from this company again

Amazing product!
Wagon is very well made and sturdy. It's so easy to pull and manoeuvre that even my young kids can do it! So quick and simple to assemble pack away too... I love the table top accessory which is amazing for picnics and outdoor dining. Would really recommend this product.

Easy to navigate around website, Quick delivery chairs are great - excellent value

Rapid delivery.

Great quality and design.

Seems robust and folds away easily.

The company website is very user-friendly and clear. After ordering, the order updates were excellent. Delivery time was outstanding. Customer service was first rate - if only every company had customer service this good. I would be a repeat customer BUT, with the quality of the trolley, I don't think that I will need to buy another trolley for many years to come. Highly recommended.

Great communication from order to delivery and great customer service when I had a problem with my own.

I bought the MoverX wagon which my daughter has named Obi-wagon-kenobi!

It has a sturdy frame and folds really small. Looking forward to getting lots of use out of it.

High quality product. Great experience on the website. Prompt delivery.

Super delivery, fantastic product!

We purchased a festival truck around 6 months ago. We use it most days to transport stuff up and down the tow path. It's been faultless. After 6 months use, we had a minor problem so we reached out to customer support at mover X. They responded quickly and posted a replacement item within a couple of hours of someone reading our email. No hassle, no disappointment. Just good old fashioned customer service. Very happy to recommend both the truck and the company.

So pleased to buy from MoverX, so quick delivery, the trolley is very strong I'm happy about it

Bought a 200L trolley with tabletop and four lightweight chairs to take to the Fisherman’s Friends Festival. Combined with my event shelter we gained some envious comments. The trolley was excellent for taking everything to and from the car to the Festival site. Then converting it to a table it became our bar for the weekend. The chairs are lightweight and easy to assemble or disassembled at the end of the evening. Could not recommend the Mover X products more highly.
