Fast delivery - Wrong Item
Fast delivery. Pity the wrong item was sent out. I've requested a return of the wrong item and quick despatch of the correct one, so let's see how quickly that will be dealt with considering I ordered in good time for the dates I actually need to use the cart.
UPDATE
Now it's my fault?? And they want me to pay for the return of the incorrect item. Not happy.
«I'm sorry to hear the item wasn't suitable for your needs.
You're welcome to return it for a refund. As this is a change-of-mind return, the return shipping cost would be your responsibility, as outlined in our returns policy.
Option 1 – Arrange your own return: ..."
LATEST UPDATE:
As a result of the personal intervention of Edgaras, taking full responsibility for the mistake, the situation was amicably resolved with the swift shipping of the correct item. thank you for your attention.

Thank you for your honest feedback, and we are truly sorry for the experience you had. Sending the wrong item was entirely our error and we take full responsibility for that. We are also sorry that our initial response incorrectly treated this as a change-of-mind return, which was not the case at all.
We are pleased to confirm that we have since spoken directly with Marie, the correct 300L wagon has been dispatched and is on its way. We hope the updated experience reflects the standard we genuinely strive to deliver.
Warm regards, MoverX Team

Looks well made
I haven't used it yet. I was recommended by a friend; hers looks great. Looks well made, good price, quick delivery, although the delivery guy was about to leave it on the floor in downstairs hall & I had to ask him to bring it to the 1st floor where I live. I have a disability & can't carry things upstairs.

Really glad it arrived quickly and we hope you love it when you get to use it! We're sorry to hear the driver almost left it downstairs, that's not good enough, especially given your circumstances. We'll flag this with our courier as it's important every customer gets a proper delivery experience. Hope your friend's recommendation pays off!

Excellent customer service
I received a truck trolley via Amazon and sadly one screw had broken during delivery. I contacted Moverx for a replacement screw. The product itself is high quality and works well so i am happy with the product. Their customer service was excellent! They offered a full refund as this didn't meet their standards for a new item and and a discount if I buy from them direct. I am very happy with their response to my enquiry. I would recommend this company.

Good good
Good good. I like the quality of the trolley and the mechanism to fold it, giving it a really small footprint when stored away. Really good value for many and same day despatch, what’s not to like?

Great wagon with table and excellent customer service
The wagon arrived so quickly and I was so impressed by the table! It has so many uses.Very quick to assemble and compact enough to put in the car.
Unfortunately, the pole for the table was damaged.I emailed the company and had an immediate response with very helpful solutions.I requested replacement poles, which I received the following day.Ed from customer service was incredibly efficient, polite, engaging and listened and responded to my wishes. He appreciated I was hoping to use the wagon in a few days. You always know how good a company is if anything goes wrong! They were brilliant! And I love the sturdy wheeled wagon too!

Arrived on time
Arrived on time. Would have been a 5 star if when opened one of the braked wheel was broken. The pin had bent and let the brake assembly come apart, I was able to straighten pin and reassemble it. Used at weekend and pulled easy and very well balanced.

Resposta da MoverX
Really glad it's working well and that you were able to sort the wheel issue yourself. That's not the standard we aim for on packaging, so we'll take that on board. Thanks for sticking with it and for the kind words on how it performs!

Perfect product, speedy delivery – excellent
Extremely quick delivery, really great product and value for money, we'd ordered one from a well-known online retailer previously which came with the handle on the wrong end so it was unusable. This product is perfect, we've already used it a couple of times and it's exactly what we needed. Would highly recommend.
