Scott and Simon went the extra mile on our job. Professional throughout and rose to the challenges presented to them to move the spa across an island!!! I was also impressed with the communication ahead of the job - really thorough and helpful throughout - Emily was particularly supportive. Thank you!

Good service only problem was the removal team had problems due to volume of traffic.

Move Your Spa removed our old hot tub for us in March 2026. The communication was excellent, always quick to respond to emails when I was initially providing them with information to obtain a quote and arrange for a convenient date for them to pick the hot tub up, responding to any queries, a time slot provided the day before pick up and on the day the team contacted us to provide an exact time about an hour before. They arrived on time and were very quick to remove the hot tub despite it being a difficult job requiring a crane. The team were very polite and helpful. I would recommend using them.

Although the experience was thorough and in-depth, it was also professional and polite.
The two gentlemen that performed the physical spa move were nothing short of fantastic with a tricky move.

Lee and Simon arrival on time after a long journey and they work very hard to get the very heavy hot tub in place and positioned it correctly
However, the vehicle they came in, had a Hydrolic Crane attached, which they used to lower the hot tub to the ground. That piece of equipment sprung a hydraulic leak which we all saw while the hot tub was being lowered, it transpired the fluid was sprayed over the cover, the ground and unfortunately onto my new puffa jacket when I helped push the hot tube into position.
Apart from that incident the move went well.

The lads who moved my hot tub were outstanding and went above and beyond to help me out ..real asset to the company..

We moved house and needed to take our hot tub with us so after speaking to a few different companies we chose to use Move Your Spa. Emily in the office was very helpful and informative, made me feel we had made the right choice to use this company. On the day my husband dealt with the men that came to move our hot tub he said they were very friendly and experienced. Would definitely recommend this company.

Brilliant customer service friendly staff, so quick and easy rang up on the Thursday because the removals people let us down with the hot tub and the reply was great they came and moved it the next day with no hesitation. Will recommend to anybody.

I was not able to be another site on the day but had been in communication with the team. The spa was moved on time and placed perfectly at the new location and worked perfectly (a relief as it’s just had a repair and service and I did wonder if it might cause any issues but not at all) the move also included crossing a neighbours property with their consent and all went smoothly.

All went to plan, except that the team doing the job said that they had not seen the video for the receiving end. This was something that was emphatically demanded when booking. So a bit of a disconnect there. But they coped, and all was well.

The 2 guys that came, wrapped the hot tub adequately and moved it with care, as we were not ready to have the hot tub sited at our new home, they placed it securely where we asked.
