This is the second time that I have ordered from Movie Figures UK and I have been happy with the service that I’ve received on both occasions. My orders have arrived well packaged and in good time and condition and the prices are reasonable too. My only wish would be for them to stock some inventory in their 1/6 head sculpt and 1/6 clothing departments as they are always empty when I look and I have to go elsewhere for those or I would have probably ordered more items and more often.

This is the first time I've tried Movie Figures and must say I'm impressed. Fast delivery when statue was available from my pre-order, and good communication throughout the process to e-mailed queries.

Excellent company, I have used movie figures slot over the year for hot toys mostly and never had a bad experience fast delivery and items are excellent, only thing I wish that is more of a me problem than them is that the stock would come in faster as I end up going to other shops for items that are in stock but still on pre order on movie figures but great shop.

Pay the deposit, get an email to settle up when preordered item is in stock, pay the outstanding balance, item is received the next working day.

They also use DPD, who are probably the UK's most reliable/honest courier right now (2026). Highly recommended.

waited almost five months for my order. They promised it by June, but June came and went. When I asked about my item I was told it will be July, they were quick to try and charge me 10%. Then, without asking, they canceled my order entirely. Customer care was non-existent, I’d steer clear of this company if you want peace of mind.

Ordered Hot Toys Battle Damaged Darth Vader. Very, very well packed. Speedy delivery and the price was very good. Would recommend to anyone.

Communication is paramount and i found a quick friendly reply from the team whenever i contacted them regarding my order. My delivery service was first rate i was kept fully informed all the way through until my actual delivery day of my product. Great company. Staff are very helpful. I ordered a figure but wanted to change the delivery date. I received an email saying that my request was received and I was updated when the item was being delivered. Arrived the next day as requested.
