Superb helpful service, I had to change delivery day of my Scorched Alien figure and it was sorted fuss free. The figure is jaw dropping perfect in detail. I was kept updated before the item was ready for delivery.

Always a pleasure to deal with movie figures staff are extremely helpful and understanding. I was away and missed the email as I didn’t have data so I contacted them a few days later and they were very understanding paid for my product and within a couple of days it was at my doorstep.

I have used Movie Figures 5 times now in the UK, 3 high value Hot Toys pre-orders and 2 smaller Mass Effect dark horse statues.

Out of the 3 pre-orders, I have received 2 in great timing, I imagine it is the second batch - so just a couple of months after Hong Kong release. Which is fine by me, as a pre-order is a specific order on buyers behalf. The 3rd is yet to be released on Hong Kong yet, but anticipation is building.

For all orders, they are expertly and securely packed and delivery has been no issue.

Will continue to purchase from them.

Just got the Hot Toys Wolverine Deluxe Edition from Deadpool and Wolverine. This was the first time I’ve ordered from Movie Figures, the figure was about £30 cheaper than other outlets and was free delivery in the UK, all in I paid £379:99. Before I ordered I spoke with a member of staff who was really helpful, I was notified as soon as the figure was available for dispatch, I originally ordered the Wolverine on preorder and was given the choice to pay in full or pay a small deposit, I chose to pay in full. It arrived in perfect condition on the date given and was packed perfectly. I’ve been collecting figures for over 30 years and I’m very picky when it comes to ordering online but I’ll definitely be ordering from Movie Figures again in the future. Fantastic value and friendly staff 10 out of 10 service.

I have only ever placed three orders with Movie Figures and whilst I had to return the latest one due to a design fault with the statue itself, I can only shout-out the exemplary customer service provided by Christine and her team.
