Liam Quinn was very knowledgeable and it was easy to set up our Tracker App and account. He carefully explained to us the future limitations of the system due to mobile signal upgrades and we were impressed by his knowledge.

Needed to renew and alter my subscription to this company and did it easily and quickly over the phone. Took less than 5 minutes and details and documents were e mailed to me in a matter of minutes. Excellent service.

This company is great...I have peace of mind for my vehicle knowing that I will get a call on every single occasion that the van moves with the tracker still turned on. The employees are so patient, friendly and polite no matter how many times they have to call and check that all is ok when I forget to turn it off! If ever the occasion did occur that it was stolen I know I will get a call within a few seconds. I highly recommend using Moving Intelligence.

We have been communicating with Liam Quinn and are very pleased with his professionalism, politeness, knowledge to be able to answer all our questions and the speed of sorting out the tracking system and set up of subscription

I required an upgrade to my tracker and after contacting Liam of Moving intelligence, this was quickly sorted out . An appointment was made for a time and date that suited myself for the upgrade to take place . Engineer ( Chris from V tech )was very friendly and helpful ,attended to fit parts to a high standard.
Once the work was completed I was re contacted by Liam to advise work was completed and all information updated. This was a brilliant service throughout and would highly recommend.

Have been really impressed with Moving Intelligence since I purchased one of their immobilisation and tracking systems for my motor home. I bought the service over the phone and instantly had confirmation and the necessary manuals emailed to me. The system is great in terms of the tracking options and features. After service has been great. Nicole Aspinall has been really helpful in sorting out a couple of things (user error, nothing to do with the system), very patient and helpful.

Very easy process to move my subscription from caravan to motor home.

We’ve had our caravan for 8 years and MI has covered us all that time. It use to be called Phantom. After a while we opted for a package that covered us for a few years instead of yearly renewal.It always gave us massive peace of mind especially after spending so much money on van. The app was great both control of system and info like mileage and battery voltage. I’ve sometimes when taking the battery off have forgotten to disable the alarms. The phone call from their control room was always instantaneous re: power down. When starting to tow you always got a movement message and when leaving storage we could always predict at which point in the road it would happen. So system was consistent. Accuracy of location was always spot on even in the wilds of wanny. Staff, brilliant. Technical help re: app, excellent. We haven’t renewed this time round because of changing caravans, hopefully new one comes with MI. You will not be disappointed.
