After 2 delivery attempts I still don’t have the shoes, the next step is to get a refund via the credit card company

Shoes were not wide toe box as advertised. Attempted communication via their email support and it was "undeliverable." And, small print states you can return them for a possible refund but you may not get it. Will never buy from them again.

Order the wrong size shoe never got a replacement took over a month to get my shoes but when I ordered the soles inserts, I got those within five days, but I don’t have a pair of shoes to put the soles in

The boots we bought were very narrow across the top of the foot so had to get a size bigger. I ordered in the blue instead of the tan but they still came in the tan. The actual boots are very comfy and do feel like walking in bare feet as the soles are slim.
The service was fantastic. Because the boots didn’t fit they sent out the next size up for free!!! And we got to keep the first pair which I forwarded on to a friend.

Ich würde dieses Unternehmen nicht weiterempfehlen. Man hat keine Möglichkeit, die Schuhe umzutauschen. Die asiatischen Größen passen nicht zu unseren. Ich habe Geld verloren für Schuhe, die ich nicht anziehen kann.

These shoes have changed my life! I was severely injury about 10yrs ago and have had trouble walking every since but since wearing the Moving Steps shoes I am able to walk much better!!! MUCH BETTER!!! Thank You Moving Steps!!!

I did not like the shoes at all. I found them to be cheaply made and ill fitting. I actually threw them away

The replacement policy.

The Salkins are nothing as advertised. You show it getting doused in water. I step in a little water and my foot is soaked, terrible! Non slip? I almost bust my a.. on a regular with these shoes. False advertising in my opinion. Please say they are house slippers at best.

Still hanging around waiting on my order. I didn't realise they were literally shipping from China. Whats irritating is the tracking information they send you tells you nothing- emailing them gets you a generic response with another tracking code that tells you nothing (well actually says received or in transit as it has the entire time waiting for the order)

Shoes look fun but I would never order or trust “Moving Steps” again with my money

I purchased a pair of shoes that took a very long time to receive. It took so long that I emailed them asking to cancel the order. They did not respond to my email and sent the shoes anyway.
When I finally received the shoes they were incredibly small, not even close to the actual size ordered.
They have no customer service phone number so everything is through email. They are very slow responding to emails.
I’m told I will have to pay for the return shipping. The cheapest I could find was about $55.00.
In ya not worth the trouble or risk dealing with Movjng Steps. If I’m buying online I’m using Amazon so that I’m sure I can return easily.
Lesson learned.

I have not yet received my shoes. looks like an issue of local customs, but you should use private carriers instead of public ones in countries where the cheap, government carrier is not good.

Happy with the whole experience

In purchasing my first pair of shoes, the experience has been outstanding. The shoes I got first did not suit my foot and they have gone out of their way to help me find the right shoe for my foot. I will be purchasing from them again and will be letting my friends and family know about them. They get back to you quickly and keep you up to date what is happening.

Cheap stufff

Afer several weeks of waiting, tracking said they were delivered. they never were. do people actually get their shoes from this company?

Worst service and shoes in the world. Too small, misled on returns and promised immediate replacement after three weeks still not here. Do NOT buy anything from a robot, the responses are not human and lack any empathy. Give your money to non profit charity, these shows are worthless :((((
