Before buying they were very helpful and answered my questions and was understanding, excellent customer service.
Was told the mower would be here in 1-3 days, and it arrived the next day, and the price was good to and excellent quality, overall would recommend to anyone.
On Monday 13th. April 2020, I purchase two spares for my atco Barmoral 14sl, mower, a drive gear which drives the cylinder and the bearing which houses this gear, these I received by post some four days later.
The sale person with whom I spoke to was very knowledgeable with regard to both these spare parts especially the bearing which Bosch no longer make; however, he explained that this part is know manufactured by another company, and with it's ref./ part number he hah located it.
Magic mower web pages also show (if you have your mower model and series numbers) exploded drawing of machine parts and their relevant positioning which helps to identifying particular parts / spares.
Outstanding service - I was given Mower magic's name by someone who had helped with my robot mower but was stumped. Despite lock-down I talked to John, sent pictures, got analysis over the phone then clear instructions on what parts to order. Parts come with QR link to easy instructions.
I am hugely impressed by the service ethos and the in depth knowledge of the products.

Frankly, in view my experience, I can't understand the negative comments. I must mention Ronnie Roberts, who spent a great deal of time dealing with my questions before purchase. Nothing was too much trouble! I would certainly recommend Mower Magic for service and product quality.
I purchased an Ego Mower from Mower Magic two years ago - that in its self was a super smooth transaction, Mower Magic were super helpful offering knowledgable and well grounded advice, the price too was super competitive.
Just recently, one the the batteries supplied with our Ego mower failed, Mower Magic were brilliant and the battery was replaced quickly and without fuss - now, bear mind this is a consumable item and some two years old - I consider there after-sales service to be second to none.
The Sherpa, bought from Mower Magic, is a great help in removing oak leaves and acorns from our drive and lawns taking minutes to do a job which took an hour with a lawn rake and brush. It even clears out our Aco path and lawn edging drains if grid covers are removed. Again minutes of a job without the need to kneel down and scoop leaves and debris from the channels. A worthwhile investment!!
The company was extremely helpful in resolving a Overpayment problem with my PayPal payment for the unit.
Great customer service, helped me get my walk behind leaf vacuum up and running first with comprehensive help by email and then when that failed they collected the machine and sorted the issue for minimum cost. Excellent and very friendly staff.

Just unpacked my towable leaf sweeper and a bit of assembly required. Have noticed a few missing nuts in the pack. I have been trying to get one of these ( in stock) for a while and was surprised to see it available. Delivered within 24 hours but this may have been something to do with same county delivery. Bought another item by visiting the shop last week. Ronnie was very informative and I now know a bit how manufacturers work and delivery / stock problems and schedules. Timing appears to be everything. Service costs also appear very reasonable. Waiting for them to perhaps do a 15% reduction for winter rates again!. Overall, more than happy and only the nuts above are a bit of an issue but I might have some in the garage.

I ordered a ride on mower from Mower Magic but unfortunately it was out of stock. I received an email immediately saying I could have my money back immediately. I continued with the sale. As soon as the mower was in stock it was shipped to me. A friend took delivery of exactly the same mower from a different company and warned me there was a lot of setting up to do. When it arrived I was pleasantly surprised to find everything had been prepped, it was fuelled and had oil in it. All I had to do was turn the key. Excellent service and thoroughly recommend them.
I have no problem recommending Mower Magic. I live in Ireland and got my EGO strimmer within three days! (in perfect condition!) Had problems registering the warranty and a member of staff offered his help to get in touch with EGO directly.
Can't fault them.

I submitted an order for a total of 12 parts for my lawnmower and just because one part (2 bolts) was obsolete and therefore no longer in stock, they cancelled the whole order. This made no sense as all the other items were in stock. Why they couldn’t have just refunded for the obsolete part and sent the rest I do not know. I was also sent an email with details of the refund. This outlined that I would receive a refund of £7.80 when I had spent £39.87 on the parts. I was told this was an admin error. This certainly wasn’t a good impression for the business. Complete waste of time!!!!

Don’t normally leave many reviews online, but Samuel Mant at Mower Magic deserves one. He was very helpful and has the knowledge that allowed him to answer all my questions.

I was expecting a delivery of a leaf blower. It never came. Although the problem lies with the delivery company Magic Mowers use, DPD, they kept promising delivery and after I stayed in for 3 days it did not arrive. Paul who I dealt with was pleasant and seemed to want to help (which is the only reason why I am not giving them a one star rating) but they clearly had no control over or effective communication with DPD. On the third day I was told it was going to be delivered by midday. When I hadn’t heard back from Paul I called DPD and they told me that it was taken off the delivery schedule for the day. Paul when I contacted him after he came back from lunch explained the mechanics of how this happened but really had no explanation as to why. To add insult to injury I received a text in the afternoon from Mower Magic to advise me that my order delivery has been upgraded and that I should expect delivery the next day (what type of upgrade is it when the delivery person has failed to deliver on three seperate occasions. We cancelled the order and were left feeling really let down. It cost me dearly in terms of both stress and time wasted.
The telephone order was placed and the person processing it said he’d try to arrange next day delivery, although it was towardsend of the day.
Next day, the item was with us on the other side of the country by 10.30.
Customer service, good price and free DPD delivery made 100% job well done.
We’ll certainly look at Mower Magic as 1st call for any future garden equipment - even instead of the usual chain stores.

Mower magic! AMAZING.... they spent time finding my model number, and once they found it. They sorted all the parts I needed for my mountfield. I stripped it down fitted all the new parts. And it now starts and runs a dream. Thanks to all at mower magic,
I bought a Sherpa garden trolley/cart from mower magic which was the cheapest price I could find on the web with free delivery on my order. I bought it and it later arrived a few days after ordering. There was, however, a couple of issues which were not mower magic's fault as it was a fault with the actual product. Sam was happy to help through my case and managed to send out replacement parts for me to fix my problem. The customer service is great although I do wish the call centres would be open slightly later from Monday to Friday as I don't have time in the morning before work and nor do I get home in time to call them before the lines close. Or even opening call centres on a Saturday would make it easier for customers to contact the company. Apart from that, I believe that mower magic fitted my requirements perfectly and I will definitely return if I require another tool.
I found this company's website when looking for a replacement engine for my mower . The details on line gave the specification of the engine but failed to detail diameter and length of the shaft . With a statement on the website to check all specification of product before purchase .
On contacting them by phone I was kept waiting for half an hour. When someone finally answered my call I was greeted by someone who I don't think understood at all the information I required then hung up on me . when i rang back they wouldn't answer my call. I will not be using this company.!!!
