Of course, we’re sorry to hear that you experienced issues with our matcha. However, as you mentioned, your clients initially enjoyed the taste — so it’s a bit surprising that they changed their minds afterward.
It’s also worth noting that matcha originally comes from China. While the Japanese variety is more widely recognized today, China still produces excellent matcha — and the one we offer is a great example. Many of our customers are very happy with both the taste and the quality.

Great teahouse with room to grow
Welcoming atmosphere, helpful staff and authentic teas. While there is palpable knowledge available at hand at the teahouse I had the sensation that staff need to be encouraged to dwell deeper into what selection they have to offer and be more confident in assisting the making of tea choices.

Het was een hele ervaring!
Door drukte was het even onduidelijk wat de bedoeling was, maar dat kwam al gauw goed. De mensen waren vriendelijk, wisten ons veel te vertellen en we hebben lekkere thee gedronken op een traditionale manier.
Dit is iets wat leuk is om te doen met vriendinnen of een groep en zeker als je houd van thee
