Where do I start? They offer overpriced subscriptions, for things that they CAN not and DO not deliver! After emailing "support" REPEATEDLY, with no reply after weeks of waiting, I went to discord and left a comment. Which to no surprise, was IMMEDIATELY DELETED. And when I continued to repost it, only to have it disappear seconds later, I was BOOTED from the group. INNOCENT PPL DON'T HAVE TO HIDE THE PEOPLE OUTING THEIR BS! I paid money for my subscription, was told I could make videos for my songs.. LIE. When attempting to edit songs, only half lyrics would appear, TO THE WRONG SONG! There is NO end to the list of complaints on there bug feed, but the ones that actually expose these scamers for what they are, are deleted with a quickness that'll make your head spin. If you want to waste money, this is the place to do it!! So many better Services out there that are actually worth the money that you pay this is not it

I subscribed to Mozart AI Pro specifically because the Pro plan advertises "commercial rights" for generated music. I generated music while I had an active paid Pro subscription, intending to use it commercially on YouTube.
Then YouTube Content ID flagged the music.
Not just once.

So let me get this straight: I pay for a Pro subscription that advertises commercial rights, generate music through Mozart AI, and YouTube then identifies that music as belonging to completely different commercial artists.
That is a pretty serious problem.

I contacted Mozart AI support and asked them to explain how this can happen and what their “commercial rights” actually mean in this situation.
Still no response.

If you are paying for AI-generated music specifically because you need music you can safely use commercially, this is exactly the kind of problem you need to know about before spending your money.

“Commercial rights” are not very reassuring when the resulting music can trigger copyright claims from other artists.

I am not claiming that Mozart AI intentionally copied these songs. I want Mozart AI to explain how these matches are possible while they claim I can use it.

But until they can provide a satisfactory explanation, I would NOT recommend relying on Mozart AI for commercial YouTube music!
Very disappointing experience!

No response from my email to support asking to cancel subscription. Billed me again, so I've blocked my card.
Shame, it seemed like it could of been a great alternative to Suno

I was watching facebook video reels one night and I seen one where a guy compared Suno to Mozartai.com. When he compared the exact same prompt on both websites to make a song, Mozartai sounded almost as good as Suno. I’ve been looking for another site to create music and had tried Udio but did not like the quality. So I tried a couple songs on Mozartai and sure enough they sounded pretty good. Then I noticed that video generation could also be done on their site. So I planned out a 30 video by uploading a character and a song for that character to move to. When I clicked on RENDER the box disappeared so I figured it was working on it. Several minutes later I checked and there was no video. I checked my credits and seen that I had been deducted 240 credits for making the video. So I waited until the next morning figuring it was in some Que to show up but it still was not in my creations. I emailed support about this and they actually got back to me in reasonable time. They said they would look for the video and asked me the name of it. Later they asked me what my account email was so that they could re-issue my credits. Now 6 days later I am still waiting for my credits. I emailed them again asking why I am not seeing my credits being reimbursed and did not get any reply what so ever. You would think that with many popular video generators out there, that a lesser-known service would do better to get the business. I get that some things take time to process but 6 days in this current time and year is a little unreasonable. I paid a monthly fee and I am now regretting that. If you expect people to put your faith in your service, then you should deliver good service. They could get really popular as a Suno alternative but nobody likes poor service. If they decide to re-issue the lost credits in the next day or so, then I will update or remove this post.
Update from original post 12 hours ago.......I told them about this negative review. They sent an email back saying they added the credits back to my account...I checked and they weren't!!!
UpDate - August 29th. Got another email from them saying they will return the credits so which once i had rated 2 stars, I have now taken it down to one. Still no credits returned.
