Delayed delivery

Delayed delivery, then told all items were now in Watford (Friday 20th March) and that priority delivery would be scheduled and that I would receive a call back. Chased again yesterday and initially told order was complete and would get delivery sorted, then called back to tell me that main part or order were nor in stock (even though when ordered Watford were showing 4 in stock, hence the order). Completely failed at customer service, will never use in future and will tell everyone to avoid.
I haven't even received an email confirming cancelation of order and refund to credit card as per my final request yesterday.
Get yourselves together and act accordingly.

We sincerely apologise for the delays, the conflicting information regarding your order, and the lack of clear communication throughout. We understand how frustrating it must have been to be told items were available and ready for delivery, only to later find out they were not in stock. This is not the level of service we aim to provide.

We can confirm that your order has now been cancelled and a full refund has been issued to your original payment method. You should receive a confirmation email shortly if you have not already, but please allow a few working days for the funds to appear back in your account depending on your card provider.

Your comments have been taken seriously, particularly regarding stock accuracy and communication from our team. We are reviewing this internally to prevent similar situations from happening again.

First steel bath rejected as damaged it…

First steel bath rejected as damaged it had no protective packaging. Today second Bath delivered but without feet!!!
This has caused difficulties as plumber cannot continue fitting. Urgent further delivery now required

Disappointed collection …

I ordered a shower tray for collection on Watford, after arriving there, the item was out of stock so I had to go to Willesden. After collecting the shower tray in Willesden the item was dirty with birds excrements and moisture, packaging was also broken and full of dust…

Have now been waiting 10 days for a…

Have now been waiting 10 days for a quote on a new bathroom from the Watford Store. Sat with a member of the team (Brian) on Monday 19th and went through exactly what we wanted. Was told quote would be with us by Thursday when we had a fitter coming to give us a quote on installation. Have since emailed 3 times and phoned twice to chase and as of today Wednesday 28th still nothing. How can a business expect to survive if they don't respond.

Great Customer Service

The only company I could find which sells individual Drivesett Argent Edging, great for smaller DIY projects. Great customer service, in particular Luke was very responsive. Highly recommended.

Delivery Failure Impacted Ongoing Project

After a disappointing delivery experience with another company, I decided to contact MP Moran to supply 4 jumbo bags of grano dust, as I urgently needed the materials on Thursday, 2 January to finish a job by Monday.
I contacted the Watford branch by both phone and email, clearly explaining the situation. I specifically asked to be told if delivery was not possible, so I could order elsewhere in time. I was assured that the delivery would be made on the morning of 2 January.
Based on that guarantee, I trusted them, organised labour, and planned the works accordingly.
By 13:00, it became clear that no delivery was coming. After calling and emailing again, I was then told that delivery would only be possible on Monday, 5 January
This caused not only a financial loss due to wasted labour and delays, but also damaged my professional credibility with my client which is far more difficult to recover.
Mistakes can happen, but what is frustrating is being given a firm assurance when it clearly could not be met. I’m sharing this experience to hopefully create awareness for other tradespeople who rely on accurate delivery commitments to run their businesses

We do state not to book any builders or workmen until the goods arrive as there could be a multitude of reasons why a delivery couldn't be made,

You Should of been contacted by our transport team to inform you this would not be delivered on the 2nd and we will have this looked into this as they should be contacting customers pertaining to their orders,

Again I am sincerely sorry for any inconveniences caused,
