Great after sales service. Alex and Austin sorted out the problem within a day of visiting the store. Very pleased with the service
MP Moran is great, stuff is friendly. Sadly at the time of my purchase they were using Yodel which is probably the worst delivery company in the world. That's the only reason for 1-star deduction.... Ver mais

I ordered a specific drainage part that I needed +paid extra for delivery before 5pm the next day as I needed it urgently
2 days later it had not arrived so I contacted them about it i did not even receive an acknowledgement or apology they just refunded my payment with no explanation at all

Very unpleasant experience , the staff is not helping , very bad attitude when you ask for help, went to the shop at 17:10 I've waited on a queue for 30 min to be told with, with a bad attitude, that I can't be served. A shop to avoid for sure.

I would like to just say the Willesden branch is my favourite branch Alex in the warehouse. It was his first day and still knew where everything was helped me a lot also. Terry Sullivan that served me showed me where everything was that I needed and was really helpful. Well done. You’ve definitely got it right at this branch.

Could rate this a zero if possible.
Placed a large order with this company and it was the worst mistake i’ve ever made. Received my order and was given display items that was bashed and broken and hardly worked. After speaking to the team i was promised a brand new item but had to return the broken item first. After using my own money to package and print out the delivery to send back for their mistake i was told full communication would be given on my order as this has been on going for 2 weeks. After another 5 days had passed still no communications so i had to take it into my own hands and call the company myself to find that there was no more stock left and now have to wait 3-5 days for a refund. This company is an absolute joke have left me in the dark for almost 3 weeks and no compensation or efforts were given. Absolute terrible company would never have my business again and would advise anyone to never shop with them.

I found MP Moran pricing to be very competitive although the delivery cost for a pallet was quite high. The ordering process online was easy and the communication and support from the online customer service team was excellent.
Very happy customer.

Placed an order with this company, after completing payment I received a call saying 1 item wasn't available so they will refund the cost of it, (which they did ) after waiting quite a few days for my order to arrive
( which didn't ) I contacted them only to be told nothing was available now so a refund will be issued.
A total waste of time dealing with this company. Never again.

He was friendly and helpful. He went the extra mile by checking the shower tray I was about to drive 1.20hrs there and back for was actually in stock. When I arrived he and a colleague helped load it into my car and were kind and chatty. The price was very reasonable. I’d spent almost 2 hrs online the night before trying to find this item for next day pickup from over 15 companies without success. Thank you MP Moran; Ryan and colleague - as a 50+ yr old woman my week had been pants and your service and kindness turned it around. Fantastic from start to finish!

Advertising/Selling products they don't have in stock. Website showing in stock for delivery but one week on main part of order not received. Called twice but no one seems to be able to get the information as to what is happening. Told I'd get a call back but nothing. Had I have known they were not in stock I'd have ordered elsewhere.

I ordered a bath online for click and collect I then drove 1 hour and a half to collect it on arrival they didn’t have the bath I wanted and then tried to substitute me a damaged bath with no feet with is totally useless, I then left frustrated as I wasted 3 hours of my day travelling and when I called up to make a complaint the staff were completely disinterested claiming they don’t have a complaints compartment, don’t waste your time and money shopping here !!!

Delayed delivery, then told all items were now in Watford (Friday 20th March) and that priority delivery would be scheduled and that I would receive a call back. Chased again yesterday and initially told order was complete and would get delivery sorted, then called back to tell me that main part or order were nor in stock (even though when ordered Watford were showing 4 in stock, hence the order). Completely failed at customer service, will never use in future and will tell everyone to avoid.
I haven't even received an email confirming cancelation of order and refund to credit card as per my final request yesterday.
Get yourselves together and act accordingly.

Ive been in twice now and have to say that Brian is just brilliant and has the patience of a saint! He knew exactly what I was looking for and I was in and out both times in no time! Def be coming back! Thanks Brian

I recently almost purchased a Festool extractor for over £500. I was very specific that it needed M class filters, which the staff assured me their model in store was. I nearly left with the box, but decided to look at the machine in store. On it were two large stickers with "L" on them. When I pointed out that this probably meant the extractor was L class (a lesser class of filter for my needs), I was told "No, there is no reason that would mean L class, the extractor is M class".
We finally looked at on their computer advice sheet for that model, and sure enough, it said L class.
I have been refunded for the purchase, but I do feel that if I had not fully understood the importance of buying the correct class of filter, I could have bought an unsuitable extractor for my purposes. I would expect the staff who work for a company that specialises in tools and decorating equipment to be much more knowledgeable and thorough than they were. I will not be making any future purchases from MP Moran again.
