Order a mystery box but I’ve received nothing or a refund. Do not order. No reply to 6 emails

Ordered a mystery birthday box on Jan 29th, for my daughters birthday on Feb 8th, still no sign, no order confirmation. Absolutely zero communication from Mr Candy. Got a refund through Revolut thankfully. Would not recommend this company, Avoid!

Ordered two mystery boxes early December for Christmas. Didn't receive them at all, eventually after numerous emails , I received a notification of refund. I haven't received a refund yet. Absolute scammers, unfortunately I didn't look at reviews before paying my hard earned money. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE.

Do not order from this company,they take your money and you receive nothing.Ordered Mystery box 20/01/24 received email confirmation that the purchase had gone through,emailed on the 25th as nothing dispatched & received an email stating 2-8 working days.Still received nothing and emailed on the 01/02 looking for a refund and we are now the 08/02 no reply or goods,I will now have to get onto my Credit Card company to try get a refund. Stay away from this Company.

unfortunately I ordered before seeing these reviews they still do a lot of marketing and so I was lured into ordering. ordered over a month ago and no shipment in sight - if you email them they send the same email to everyone that it will be shipped out in a couple days. absolute scammers - disgrace that they keep investigating into their marketing e-mails and pushed tiktok sponsored videos when they clearly aren’t in the market anymore. hope someone will take them down once and for good so nobody else can get scammed anymore

Ordered a Christmas mystery box at beginning of December - February 6th I have not received the package or a refund. I have send numerous emails and have also reached out on Facebook. No updates from this company - I would avoid at all costs . !!!

I paid for 2 boxes for my special needs child back at the start of November one for he's birthday and one for Xmas they will not return any of my emails or texts and will not issue me a refund of my money I see this company are robbing people of there money all over social media shame on them robbing from a special needs child and ruining both he's birthday and Xmas stay well clear they must be into the thousands now if the money there robbing people off

I ordered 2 “Christmas” boxes from this company on 8th December 2023 and still haven’t received anything as of 30th January 2024. Enquiry emails are ignored other than one generic copy and paste response at the start. Do not order from this company.

I ordered and paid for 3 mystery boxes on the 10th of Dec for Santa and when I didn't receive them I messaged them and they said they would be delivered on the 29th or 30th of Dec. So I asked for a refund. I have still not received my refund of €60 plus postage and its the 30th of Jan 24. They have no contact no and have not replied to my emails about the refund. Do not order from this shower.

Ordered 10.12.2023 thinking i would have it by Christmas. Now 30.1.2024 and still no sign. Emailed them 2 weeks ago and got an email back on a sunday night to say the items would be shipped shortly. I said no thanks, it was a Christmas present i wanted and it ws too late now and i wanted a refund and i haven't heard back since. Gangsters

If I could give this company 0 stars I would! Still awaiting my order #53930. Ordered on Dec 10th with numerous promises of dispatch but never comes. They have taken my money no problem. Absolute disgrace of a company. Do not order from them they are scammers

AVOID!!!! I ordered last July 2023!!!
They promised me a voucher because no product arrived - that was also an empty promise. Cannot believe they’re still taking orders and money from people when they clearly don’t have the product. Can’t believe they’re getting away with this. I’ll be going to a small claims court next week over this

My husband ordered for Mr candy 3 weeks ago. Never received it. He has emailed them multiple time and got nothing back. Through social media we know we're not the only ones. €71.72 Mr Candy robbed from us. There absolute dirty scumbags

Ordered mid December. Still no sign of order. Just want a refund. Got an email first week of January saying order would be out soon. Said I didn’t want it now, just a refund. Still heard nothing. Do not order from this company. I’ve ordered a ton of times before but will never order again from them.

Absolutely disgraceful customer service, never received my order and 6 weeks later, they are blaming fastway, they don’t even answer your emails
