Ordered a toy show box in November, still nothing, no email replying, no communication. Very lackluster company, try a different website for similar product.

Had previously ordered from here with no issues. However, I placed an order on the 2nd of December 23 and to date I still have not received it. The boxes that I ordered were supposed to be Christmas presents for my children. Money for this order was taken immediately. I have sent numerous emails but have received no response or explanation. Really shocking service.

Don't order from these guys. Placed an order before Xmas as a present and never received. Also they don't reply to emails and no phone number available.

Extremely bad customer service, the website says 700+ 5 star reviews???? That’s a bit sus when you come on trustpilot and see the real reviews, pack of liars, also in the picture on the front page where the title is American crisps and chips the picture shows filming hot cheetos which you are not allowed sell in Ireland (because of the use of red 40) When you click in they are not available…very misleading

Ordered on 5/10/23 received 17/01/24. Almost 4 months of waiting, Package arrived damaged. Don't get your hopes up they send the same generic message when you enquire about delivery delays.

They will take your money and send nothing. No contact from anybody at Mr.Candy.

Very poor customer service, Customers being ripped off for hundreds as they actually are not even sending the orders to people. Very poor business model.

Avoid this company if you can. Ordered prime in July and only got it on the 15 jan 2024. Countless of emails sent no reply from them. When I did get the prime the packaging was a disaster. Half opened sweet box bottles destroyed box held together by sellotape. Will not be going back to these lot.

Oh my God, how do I start? I made an order on New Year’s Day and I understand it’s New Year’s Day so it wasn’t open obviously. However, it is the 18th of January with still no items (down money of course quick enough to take that!). I have sent two emails to get the same response. Apologies for the delay your items will be dispatched in the next couple of days. Now, a couple means two. The first email I sent was on the 8th of January, so by definition of couple on the 10th of January, my items should have been dispatched. However, it’s the 17th of January and on the 16th of January I sent another email to get the exact same reply as the first one. We are sorry (no, you’re not) about the delay (again nahhhh) your items will be dispatched within the next couple of days (no they won’t). Just an FYI I live in Ireland FFS! Right, I’m off to instagram to absolutely ruin this scam artist. Don’t ever use this site or “company” ever.

Don’t order off this company. Placed my order over 4 weeks ago and still no delivery nor confirmation. Ignoring all my emails. Complete scam.

Absolute disgrace of a company ordered off them on the 10.12.23 and still have no received my order. I have had one email off them on the 21.12.23 to say my order will be with me the 28.12.23 yet I am still waiting. Absolute shambles of a company

Ordered Mystery American Boxes in December, have been messaging and emailing with no reply, Christmas has been and gone and still no order. such a bad way to deal with customers and worse taking money and no goods in return. Disgraceful!!

Just want a refund. Such a Sham. Over a month and nothing. Not even a notice to say they are experiencing delays.

These people are less than one hour from my house and still haven’t received order. They are a disgrace! Ordered at start of December and after sending many emails said would be delivered 28th December still nothing and not answering emails. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Ordered a Christmas mystery box for my Daughter on the 2nd of December, it was getting close to Christmas and still nothing so after emailing on a number of occasions with all sorts of threats they said it's normally 5 business days for delivery but with it being Christmas orders are delayed but assured me it was in the post, that was mid December and still no delivery it's the 9th of January. Folks you can't let this company get away with this, you try and support local Irish companies and hey so I've just reported them to the CCPC (Competition & consumer rights commission) it seems a lot of people are owed money off these people so they can't get away with it.

Ordered in December still nothing better get it sorted. Multiple emails sent and nothing. Horrible scamming bustards. Joke catching people for Christmas
